Damen i resepsjonen mente jeg ikke hadde betalt for hotellet og at det var unormalt å betale på forhånd så betalte 2 ganger og måtte gå tilbake og kreve pengene mine etter at jeg så på hotels.com at hotellet allerede var betalt. Det samme skjedde med frokosten på morningen fikk regning etter frokosten og når jeg sa den allerede var betalt påstod de at det ikke var det og litt frem og tilbake så ordnet de det opp. Veldig slitsomt at det skal være sånn. Og hun damen i resepsjonen hadde en irriterende arroganse!!

Felt very unsafe with unprofessional staff. Luckily we only stayed due to our flight being delayed. one of the bartenders charged us double for our 2 coffees (£11.08). He said it was because we asked for double shot. We disputed this and said we had the same 2 drinks in the morning and paid the normal price of (£5.54), but staff member was very aggressive and impolite. We paid the £11 for two coffees as we felt unsafe and didn’t want the situation to escalate. The bathroom in the room was dirty, flies everywhere and a foul odour coming from the bathroom drains. The bar area was the same, lots of flies and mosquitoes. Very dirty. Food was not fresh, definitely not worth the money.

After verification, for the coffee, actually we did an exception for the first coffee you ordered during the day we indeed give you a double shot free of charge and it has been clearly explained that next time you order a double shot, it will be charged.As for the room we always encourage our guest to inform the Manager on Duty for any issue encountered as we did not received any complained during your stay. Concerning the flies, being in rainy season and a tropical island we do face this kind of situation rest assured that we do regular inspection.Hope that this will not stop you from visiting us again.Sincerely,

I stayed one night prior to a flight. It's average. Checking in was not smooth. I had to wait for a room. Flight crews from all the airlines stay here, so there is a lot of change over. My room was recently redone, except for the bathroom. It was ok. I did not use the free shuttle, as I had a driver. I did not use the spa or any other amenities. It's an airport hotel. It is not near anything except for the airport. Enough said.

Also: my flight arrived at 0630, early check in was requested at the time of booking and was denied upon arrival. My departure flight was at 2230 and no late check out was possible. This is suboptimal for an airport hotel.

It took 2 hours to book into the hotel... 3 staff members behind the counter but only one checked guests in. Pathetic! But, other than that, the hotel is neat, clean and tidy and the facilities are great.

We had to wait The transport 30 minutes upon arrival. The TV in the room was not working and they didn't manage to repair it nor offer another room. The breakfast buffet didn't include Mauritian specialities.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport starts as from 07h00 till midnight, each 15 to 20 minutes depending on availability.There has been a technical issue concerning the television channels and we are currently working on it. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Lovely pool and onsite restaurant. Free shuttle offered to take you to the shopping mall and Blue Bay beach as well as pick you up and take you to the airport. The beds were comfortable and I would stay here again.
