The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, see dolphins or manatee and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock.

Your condo also has 5 passes to the Placencia Beach Club (PBC) which is located on a perfectly manicured beach next to the Placencia sign. PBC offers beer on tap, snacks, food, and a swim-up pool bar. PBC will pick you up right from the private dock at any time.
