Inside, the air-conditioned living space is furnished with two single beds, a flatscreen, digital HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a kitchenette equipped with a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge.

The property is situated in the countryside just outside Pivka (a 3-minute drive / 20-minute walk), a small town in southwestern Slovenia, between the country\'s famous Karst region and the Adriatic coast. Guests will find several grocery stores and restaurants in Pivka.

Surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and unique limestone landscapes, it is an excellent destination for nature lovers. Nearby, visitors can discover the seasonal Lake Petelinje (a 9-minute drive / 40-minute walk) and other intermittent karst lakes, a rare natural phenomenon unique to the region.
Pivka is also conveniently located for excursions to Postojna Cave (a 20-minute drive), Predjama Castle (a 30-minute drive), the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana and Summer refreshment by the sea and in the mountains.
