The home can comfortably sleep 12 guests and is well furnished throughout the entire home. Large groups will be very comfortable here and we`re excited to host you!



Steps away from Giant Eagle Market District, which is perfect for any grocery needs during your stay. There is also a Starbucks inside! Convenience store and grocery store all steps away from the home.



First Floor:

As you enter the home, you`ll be captivated by its beauty. The first floor offers two entrances, one from the front and one from the back, both equipped with smart locks for safety and convenience. Inside, you`ll find the first bedroom conveniently located next to the stairs leading to the upper floors.



Bedroom 1 - First Floor:

In the first bedroom on the main floor, you`ll find a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, ensuring an amazing and relaxing experience. The room also features a 43` smart TV for your entertainment as you unwind. For storage, there are closets and a dresser to help organize your belongings during your stay. This bedroom perfectly combines functionality and comfort.



Second Floor: Let`s head over to the second floor!



Living Area:

As you head up to the second floor, you`ll be greeted by our warm and inviting living area on your left. Two very comfortable sofas are perfectly arranged in front of a large 65` TCL Roku smart TV, ensuring a fantastic time whether you`re relaxing on the couch or watching your favorite shows.



Private Deck 1:

Just off the living area, you`ll discover our spacious deck. This outdoor area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the open air, making it an ideal spot for socializing or simply unwinding. You`ll also find a charming two-seater table with an umbrella, perfect for al fresco meals. For those who love grilling, we have a top-notch grill ready for your culinary creations. This deck is sure to become your favorite spot to relax and entertain!



Dining Area:

Next to the living area, you`ll find our dining area! The dining table seats six people, providing ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. Everything you need for amazing and memorable meals is available for you during your stay!



Kitchen:

Adjacent to the dining area, you`ll find our spacious kitchen. It offers additional seating options for enjoying meals, including a kitchen dining counter that comfortably seats three, along with a cozy small table for two. Whether you`re dining solo or with a large group, there`s plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals together. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and more, ensuring convenience and efficiency. Ample storage space is available with cabinets and drawers. Every kitchenware you need to create a memorable meal is at your fingertips. This kitchen is truly a haven for culinary creativity!



Laundry Area:

Next to the kitchen, you`ll also find our convenient laundry area. Feel free to use the washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, making this house your home away from home! We provide dryer sheets and laundry detergents for our guests.



Half Bathroom:

Next to the laundry area on the second floor, you`ll find our convenient half bath. It`s well-equipped with all the essentials you need.



Third Floor: Let`s head upstairs! There are plenty of sleeping arrangements on the upper floors.



Bedroom 2 - Third Floor:

Welcome to the amazing master bedroom! You`ll first notice a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience throughout your stay. The room features a large standing mirror for your convenience. Positioned in front of the bed is a wall-mounted 43` smart TV, perfect for entertainment as you unwind. But here`s the real treat: inside the room, you`ll find a sauna! This luxurious addition promises to elevate your Airbnb experience to new heights. Ample closet space is also available to help keep your belongings organized.



Full Bathroom 1:

Inside the master bedroom, you`ll find a full bathroom fully equipped with all the bathroom essentials you need. It features a standing shower with a luxurious shower head, as well as a relaxing tub. This bathroom ensures you`ll feel fully rejuvenated after a day of exploring the city of Pittsburgh.



Bedroom 3 - Third Floor:

Next to the master bedroom, you`ll find another bedroom with a king-sized bed featuring the same memory foam mattress for luxurious comfort. A 50` smart TV is perfectly positioned in front of the bed for your entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there`s a dresser to help keep your belongings organized.



Full Bathroom 2:

The second full bathroom is located inside the second bedroom on the third floor. It is fully equipped with all bathroom essentials, featuring a tub with a luxurious shower head. This setup ensures you`ll feel fully rejuvenated after a long day!



Fourth Floor: This amazing house still has plenty of surprises in store! Let`s head over to the fourth floor!



Bedroom 4 - Fourth Floor:

The fourth floor is home to the cozy fourth bedroom of the house. It features a queen-sized day bed with a memory foam mattress, offering additional sleeping arrangements. There`s a modern futon for seating, perfect for enjoying conversations, browsing your phone, or reading a book. The futon also folds out into a twin-sized bed for additional sleeping. The room is also equipped with an office table and an extra monitor, ideal for work or studying. This room is comfortable, cozy, and designed for functionality.



Private Deck 2:

Just off the bedroom on the fourth floor, you`ll find access to the second deck of the house. There`s seating available including a outdoor lounge chair if you`d like to relax and enjoy the open space, sun, feeling the fresh air around you.



Garage: Step into your own private game lounge! The garage has been transformed into the ultimate hangout spot, stocked with everything you need for a night of fun. Kick back on the sofa and fire up a movie on the big projector screen, or challenge your friends to a fast-paced air hockey showdown. If darts are more your style, take aim at the dart board—or head outside the box with a round of cornhole. Whether you’re looking for a cozy movie night, some friendly competition, or just a spot to unwind, this space has you covered.



Other things to note!



~ Important to know before booking: Both showers are located inside the two king bedrooms on the third floor. Guests staying on the top floor or the first floor will share these showers with the occupants of the third-floor bedrooms. There is a half bath on the second floor that is not shared in any of the bedrooms.



~ The home is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee per pet/per stay, maximum of two pets allowed per stay. Please make sure to keep any dogs on a leash while in the backyard though because it is not a fenced in yard.



~ An air mattress (queen), a futon (twin) a rollaway bed (Twin) and a Pack n play crib is available for extra sleeping arrangements.



~ For added entertainment, you`ll find an Air Hockey Table and Corn Hole Set in the garage. Additionally, there are board games located in the living area for more indoor fun.



~ There are security cameras in the front and rear of the home for added safety and security for our guests. These are exterior only though and there are no cameras or recording devices inside of the home.



~ If you need more parking, you may register them for street parking which is also free and you`ll need to follow the instructions for doing so sent in the check in instructions.



~ Tesla electric vehicle charging station located in the Giant Eagle Market District parking garage, steps away from the home.
