Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast offered a lot of options from scrambled eggs to freshly prepared waffles, cereal, good orange juice not watered down like lots of places. Going back there again in fall.

The hotel overall was great. There was a 12 hour power outage ( no fault of the hotel), but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My dissatisfaction is directly with Expedia. Expedia offered $100 lower price approximately 1 hour after I booked. While i understand it was a 3rd party deal, there was no recognition of the major change in price. Again no compensation or future gift/discount for future stay was offered. I even called the hotel directly prior to booking, to get advice as to whether I should book directly w hotel. The receptionist offered no guidance or benefit to do so. Though these concerns will not deter me from a return stay, I just didnt feel like a valued customer.

I didn’t like that none of the exhaust fans worked in the bathroom so dirty brown condensation water would drop all o we your clothes and your body while trying to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk which they moved me to another room, which I was thankful for the staff was amazing but the room I got moved to had the same problem in the bathroom fan not working and the dirty condensation water dripping from the whole ceiling in the bathroom

Most of The staff was rude. There was popcorn trailed all through the hotel. Hair dryer was broken in the room. The elevator was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Very old looking and very slow. You wait at least 5 mins every time. Staff spoke badly about over guests in front of guests. The fridge in the room was filthy and the shower.

Excellent staff!
Hotel staff was extremely helpful with asking for floor preference and getting us extra linens. Some water dripping through light in bathroom on the first night but otherwise a clean room. Breakfast could use waffles to appease the kids.

We stayed there 2 nights, first day we arrived, checked in was ok. We got to our room, the carpet was dirty, there were big dirty dark spots near the entrance and the sink, bed was near the heater, and the heat blew to my face all night. Second day morning breakfast was terrible, turkey sausage was dried, oakmeal was super thick, that’s why I just skipped the breakfast the next day. We went out and came back to our room at 5pm, we couldn’t get into our paid room, because they didn’t update it, finally we got in our room, and the room was ‘untouched’ , no one cleaned the room, then we have to call the front desk and therky sent us someone to clean it. Finally we can sit down and thought we can watch some TV, but the tv was showing ‘no signal’ ! This is it, we had enough for the day! Anyway, this hotel is overpriced $170 CAD per night! I trusted the name Marriott, but the whole experience was awful!

Disappointing for a Springhill Suites
When I arrived I was assigned a room and when I opened the door the smell of cat pee was overwhelming. I walked into the bathroom and there was snot on the tissue holder on the wall. The floors were grimy. I went to the desk and asked for a different room. The gentlemen at the desk was very friendly and apologized. He gave me another room. That room was cleaner by the floors were gross. Even found someone's eyelashes on the floor. By that point I was travel weary and decided to deal with it. I would not stay at this particular hotel again.

Dirty Room
AC in the room didnt work when trying to adjust settings. The floor was dirty and there was what I can only assume was crunched leaves all over the sofa. Conditioner bottle in the shower was also empty. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and discolored from water damage. Overall this felt like a stay in an $50 a night motel as opposed to $120 per night hotel. Also, don't expect a quiet nights sleep as the trucks on the freeway entrance/exit use their engine brakes constantly. Quite disappointing Marriott, I expected better from you.

The bathroom shower and tub was leaking. the toilet was not flushing and we had extremely hard time at the stay.. When we tried to talk to the receptionist, they said to reach out to Expedia and there is no contact number to reach out to Expedia customer service as well. I got into helpless situation and had to adjust in that room.
