Pet Policy



We love our guests — both human and furry!

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following pet guidelines. These are designed to protect your beloved pets, fellow guests, and our property.



Pets are only permitted if explicitly allowed in the listing.

If pets are not mentioned as allowed, we kindly ask that you do not bring them.



If pets are permitted:

Maximum Weight: 50 LBS



A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per reservation at a rate of $45 per pet, per night



Pets must be supervised at all times while on the property.



Pets may not be left unattended, even in a kennel or crate. This helps prevent accidents or damage and ensures their safety and comfort. Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to the property, the pet, or others.



Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, chairs, sofas, tables, or counters.



Household items such as plates, cookware, utensils, bedding, and towels are for human use only and should not be used for or on pets.



Please refrain from bathing your pets in the sink, tub, or shower.



Service animals are, of course, welcome (as required by law.)



Emotional Support Animals (ESA's):

ESA's are not classified as service animals under U.S. federal law and therefore require prior written approval.



Bringing an unauthorized pet or violating any part of this pet policy may result in additional charges, possible eviction, and may be reported to the booking platform.

Guest Access:

Please note check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of street cleaning schedules.

We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or on the premises

We're happy to accommodate families with children and infants.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BOOK WITH US IS 24 YEARS OLD ( NO EXCEPTIONS )

This home is part of a duplex unit. The two units are mirror images, meaning exactly alike in terms of size, design, and layout. Only one of the homes is pet friendly (this one, the one on the right of the building).
