I want a complete refund. I understand that there was a snow storm. I understand it's mother nature. What I refuse to understand is how you don't clear your parking lot or clear the driving entrance , or even the walk way from the parking area into the hotel. When trying to pull in to the entrance I ended up getting stuck. I had to go into the hotel and ask to borrow a shovel to dig myself out. Fortunately, there were a couple guys that had a plow that were staying at the hotel also. They nicely plowed a way in for me after I got unstuck. Now during this not one employee came out to even offer help. From being stuck and trying to get loose from the snow, the black decorative part on the front of my car is no longer part of my car. When I went inside finally and asked for the manager she came down and listened to me scream. I told her how I had to dig my way in and said that I felt that I should be compted for my room. She said that she wouldn''t do that. Basically, she claimed that she doesn't own the lot and not hers to maintain, but the cpmplexs. I told her that she is running a business where cars have to be able to get in and out and it is indeed their responsibility. She offered me 20% off but then it was revoked when they saw I paid through expedia. Now I wish that this was all. They finally got the plow to plow they're lot...at 10:30pm. When I was leaving, I found that the plow burried my car so I had to dig myself out as well. I want a complete refund!!!
