Fint hotell med god beliggenhet
Hotellet har fin beliggenhet i downtown Pittsburgh. Store og fine rom, vennlig betjening og praktisk valet parkering. Bor gjerne her igjen.

This was a GREAT place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. My only negative is the server at the upstairs lounge was extremely rude to us.

We stayed here because it is extremely convenient to the Amtrak Station. We were late checking in but the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The building itself is really quite nice - previously a federal reserve bank. I Don’t miss checking out the vaults in the basement!

I stayed at the Drury in Santa Fe. It was warm and inviting and the staff was amazing. The food experience in Santa Fe was much better than Pittsburgh. Even the presentation was a lil meh. I also loved all the gallery art in Santa Fe. It made me want to spend more time at the hotel.

My wife and I have never stayed in a Drury before. My goodness we were impressed!!! The entire staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We loved the valet when we first got there. We also loved the popcorn machine, the complimentary dinner, and pop machine. I mean non of this is available in any other hotel we’ve stayed at before. Just blew us away! Room was very comfortable. We also loved that they kept the old history of the building. Outstanding all around!

We loved the Drury! We were pleasantly surprised with the many options offered at breakfast and we loved the pool and hot tub. We were able to walk all over Pittsburg including to PNC field and Stage AE for a concert. So many great restaurants nearby as well! We loved Bakersfield for tacos right around the corner.

Loved our stay here. We were able to check in an hour early and our room was very spacious. I didn’t realize there would be a free dinner which was an awesome surprise. We also loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub

I never understand why when an accessibe room is requested they sure you room is the furthest from the elevator. Gentleman at the desk was very friendliy. One bar in bathtub doesnt help trying to get off the toilet. I dont consider the room accessible. My daughter had 2 teenage sons with her for morning breakfast.She told the girl the batter for the belguim waffales wasnt working . She got very snippy . Wasnt very professional.

Good location, especially close to the convention center. The room was large and clean. Cool unusual features due to the hotel being a former bank. Restaurant was just ok but it is nice that it’s open so late. Good full breakfast was a good perk, and the coffee was good. Market in the lobby had a decent selection.

We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was huge! They offer what’s called a kickback from 5:30-7pm every day and you can choose from a variety of food selections all for free. Our selection included pulled pork sliders, white cheddar macaroni and cheese, which was the best macaroni and cheese we have ever had. Also offered soup, salad, coleslaw, nacho bar, hot dogs, anything you wanted to drink and gave us free alcohol drink vouchers as well. Again everyone was super friendly and staff would come by and clean up your plates and check if you needed anything. There was also a bar/restaurant upstairs which we ate at later that night after our concert, we had a burger and spicy chicken sandwich with chips and loaded tater tots, everything was yummy and served hot! They also offered free hot breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, hot fresh made waffles, pretty much anything you could want for breakfast was there. My favorite spot was the rooftop open area, super clean and relaxing. We will never stay anywhere else again, this hotel made you feel so welcome

The bar area was busy after the penguins’ hockey game and they only had one girl working. Took over a half hour till she took our order then told us all four of their kegs were empty and we’d have to order bottled beer. Definitely disappointed with our choice to stay here.

The property is centrally located and the staff is great. The rooms are large, modern, amd clean. There is a problem with the on property parking. We had no problem parking our forsr night. The nexr day we left and arrived back to the hotel around 8PM. Much to my surprise the driveway was blocked. I called the front desk and they said to come back larer or park somewhere else. I had already pre-paid $39/night for the valet. Nobody told me of this issue. I ended up parking a couple.of blocks away at the Greyhound station. Overnight parking there was $6. I must tmsay the Drury manager was great and removed both parking charges.

Loved the downtown location. While we didn't get the chance to walk around much, it seemed like Point State Park is walkable and either stadium would be a longer walk or short commute. Staff and food were great, as always for Drury properties.
