Beautiful home!
We stayed in the home for a CAST bass tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin. The home was super clean and beautiful. Great parking too! The home has a very nice dock on the water. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice time staying at the home. Will be booking again in the future! The Host was excellent in communication and answered any questions when booking property. This is a very nice home with plenty of room.

Home away from home
Friends weekend all been friends for 52 years. This home was beautifully located in a quiet country neighborhood and Lake Bob Sandlin is beautiful, the home was very well stocked and totally accommodating and clean also comfortable! I loved the amenities that were provided 5***** rating on every level !! and the beautiful neighbors Black Lab was a very loving visitor she was a blast we enjoyed her so much ❤️ would recommend and hope to return. Great view, great fishing and a nice house
Our stay was a solid 4.8/5. Place was in a great location and this boat house was awesome. The lake was beautiful and we caught so many fish! The games and dvds provided were the perfect touch. The only thing that makes it a 4.8 rather than full 5 was that we noticed some hair on the toilet seats and some of the beds. Not too big of a deal as we were able to throw the sheets in the wash and the house provided cleaning supplies. All in all, I would definitely return and would love to book another stay one day! Go-to spot for good fishing. My family and toddler loved it all.

Nice budget friendly family getaway
We had a wonderful time with family. We enjoyed getting to fish, swim, and play games together. Our three year old didn’t want to leave the water. There was a big storm before we came and lots of limbs were down. We expected this and we were not bothered. We just wish we had been warned about people coming to clean-up. We had multiple people show up throughout our stay with no notice. Also, beware of the friendly neighborhood black lab. She stole two of our fish.

Beautiful property, great location!
We really enjoyed our weekend girls trip, owner was easy to communicate with. The lakefront access made getting in and out of lake with kayaks a breeze. Loved the outdoor space for relaxing. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Will definitely try to get back to this property in the future.

Fishing review
My brother and I found everything as described. It was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and sitting on the dock in the evening sure beats sitting in a hotel room. The crappie fishing was very good. We will stay there again:-)

Relaxing Stay
This was our second time to stay here and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The property is located in a great area, it's convenient to boat ramps, stores and Pittsburg but is still quiet with beautiful views of the lake. It sleeps a lot and has good seating areas inside and better outside. The house is very clean, which is nice. It is located in East Texas, would recommend bring something to keep bugs in control.

Peaceful and relaxing
This place exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was more spacious than we thought at first. With four adults, two teenagers and two dogs we never felt cramped. We felt right at home. The house is tucked away in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. With the tree lines on both sides you get privacy and shade. The walk to the dock was very pleasant compared to some of the steeper places around. My elderly in-laws did well with all the back and forth. My husband enjoyed having his boat on the water ready to go every morning/evening. My boys liked having the big yard to play catch in and bean bag toss. The cove this house is on is not only beautiful, but it’s fantastic for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing also. Whenever I had a question for the owner I would get a response right away! The entire experience was hassle free, very pleasant and enjoyable! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you again from the Halls

Great vacation house
Better than expected. Great location and very nice inside. Everything was there you need except food and beverages. Dock was great to house our pontoon for the few days we were there. The neighbor dog Bailey was a sweet friend and fun to play with.

Great Place
The best VRBO experience I have had to date. All the stuff I packed and brought with me due to my other experiences were not needed. The house is ready to go as is, only need to bring your food and drinks. It was such a great place for us to all be together and play, I'm very glad I rented it.

We had the best time. The house is exactly as described. I am a neat freak, and this house was spotless. You could tell it was clean just by the smell when you walked in. Great place to relax and fish
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The host is quick to reply to inquiries and very polite. The covered dock is a huge plus if you want to fish with only a short walk to the lake on property. Plentiful crappie and catfish with bass a little further out. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped with tools for cooking and plenty of room for our family of 8 to enjoy dinner and games. (There is a good selection of games available, as well.) WiFi is available at the property and we were able to stream a show to watch, as well. Quiet neighborhood allows the illusion of seclusion. Overall, you won't go wrong at this property.

Great property
This was our third time booking this property and we are never disappointed! The house is always clean and well kept. We almost feel like we are at home here. This trip we really utilized the lake by putting our pontoon in at the Barefoot Bay Marina that is only minutes away and doing a lot of fishing. This property has a very useful boathouse that is super convenient with a boat lift so that you can dock there at the property. The kids also enjoyed fishing, swimming and jumping off the dock there at the boathouse any time we weren’t out on the lake. There’s a large back yard area for games and nice fire pit. Also, Bailey the black lab next door always provides entertainment and we look forward to her greeting us every time we pull into the driveway. We are already checking our work schedules to book another stay!!

Fantastic property!

We had an absolute blast at this property. It was the first family get together since the pandemic started and it was just what we needed. The house was good, but the scenery and the dock were top notch. We caught plenty of fish and had a ton of family time. I hope to be back!

Peaceful and memorable.
The stay was excellent! I would definitely want to stay near a lake again but next time I will be more prepared. The dogs visiting daily was also a plus. Baily is a wonderful lab who just wants to play and fish! The neighbors were also very nice.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY
This place was amazing! We had such a wonderful time. The house is even prettier than the pictures. And it has everything you could imagine needing. It was so quiet and peaceful. The water was great, and no boats or jet skies. The neighbor dogs were a delight! They are so cute and love to play fetch with sticks. The owner was terrific in responding to my questions quickly. We will be staying here again in the future.

The only problem, and it was us, we couldn’t operate the master bedroom shower. But, we had another one. At 80+ we could not figure it out but it did not slow us down.

Had a great birthday getaway for my wife at this lake house. The house is well furnished with everything we needed. Use of the boat dock was fantastic. The location is on a very nice quiet cove that was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Words do not do enough justice
This rental is still our absolute favorite place to ever be. We literally stay here a few times a year, generally a week at a time! Owners are wonderful, house is PERFECT, boathouse is stellar, beds are comfortable, TONS of space, yard is amazing, shall I continue? Because I can! Seriously though, this place is my dream home…. The owners just found it before I did 🤣 All of their touches are cute and perfect and you will absolutely enjoy your stay!!

Beautiful place!
We loved our stay here and wished we could have booked a longer stay! Everything you need is there! We spent most of our time on the beautiful back patio enjoying the view of the lake. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and we had a great time! Enjoyed visits from the neighbors’ dogs! Planning on coming back.
