Our resort is located in San Vincenzo (LI), on the Etruscan Coast, just a few kilometers from the Gulf of Baratti. From this splendid privileged location, you can admire some of the most famous places in Tuscany. During your vacation, you can't miss the opportunity to visit medieval villages such as Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima, or art cities like Pisa, Siena, and Florence.
In this green area, there are three swimming pools: a large one measuring 26×12.5 meters and 1.40 meters deep, a medium one measuring 14x10 meters and 0.90 meters deep, and a small one for children in the shape of a circular quadrant with a depth of 0 to 0.40 meters.
Access is also guaranteed for people with disabilities.

Sunbeds, umbrellas, and a sunbathing area offer you all the comfort you desire. You can enjoy the landscape while lounging on the poolside sunbeds and breathe in the energy of our land: the colors, scents, and atmosphere will capture your gaze and make you experience magical moments.
Not far from the pools, you'll find the pool bar, cozy and functional, the ideal place for a refreshing drink or a tasty ice cream, enjoying the sun and surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

Children and Teens:
For the little guests (starting from 4 years old), there's dedicated staff specially trained to provide them with a time full of activities, stimulation, fun, and discoveries: musical and cultural events, playful and creative workshops, outdoor activities, and moments of gathering for everyone.

Pets:
For our four-legged friends, there's also an agility area for them to run around, approximately 90 square meters, equipped with toys and a fountain.
The "Dog Beach San Vincenzo", located about 1200 meters from the Reception, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, is available to guests (extra service for a fee and by reservation, subject to availability).

Sports and Activities:
Train on our tennis, paddle, or volleyball courts, or swim in our pools. Enjoy sailing lessons, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, go out to sea with our canoes, pedal boats, banana boats, explore the surroundings by renting our mountain bikes, e-bikes, or classic bicycles.

Restaurants:
The five restaurants are designed to offer unique taste experiences, each with its own ingredients and specialties to discover. The common thread that accompanies the guest on this gastronomic journey is our commitment to valorize the territory and preserve its excellences: guests can discover our agricultural products such as vegetables, flour, wine, grappa, and gin, as well as selected ingredients from local production companies. This is our way of taking care of those who seek not only the beauty of the landscape but also want to experience history on the plate.

Evening Events:
When the evening comes, the lights of Riva degli Etruschi come on! The events calendar includes evenings with live music, outdoor cinema, theatrical performances, and many other unforgettable activities for the whole family.

The cottages are named after a white grape variety cultivated in Tuscany. Situated in the heart of our secular park a few metres from the sea, they are essential solutions, perfect for letting yourself be inebriated by the colours and scents of our land and experience a stay of pure relaxation.

Located between 100 and 200 metres from the sea, the cottages cover an area of approximately 43 square metres and have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with two chairs.

• Animals are not allowed access to the pools, the resort's private beach, and the All’Orto restaurant.
• The "Dog Beach San Vincenzo", located about 1200 meters from the Reception, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, is available to guests (extra service for a fee and by reservation, subject to availability).

LATE BEACH&POOL STAY:

CHECK-IN:
Document registration starting from 11:30 in the morning
Key handover and access to the house or apartment is scheduled from 18.00

CHECK-OUT: by 10:30 am on the departure day, freeing both the house/apartment/hotel room and the assigned parking space
Late check-out service: on request, subject to availability. It includes the use of services and facilities, accommodation, and parking until 3:00 pm at 50% of the daily accommodation rate
