«Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app. ...

«Quite and tranquil!! Pet friendly! Hosts very responsive. A storm blew in and knocked out the power, the hosts kept us informed as to when the power would be restored. Many books, movies and games to chose from, which the board games came in handy during the storm . We were on need of propane one night, we messaged the hosts and they were there within minutes. This is definitely 10 stars out of 5!! Would definitely stay at Coyote Creeks again and highly recommended!»

«Had an awesome weekend stay with my family here in the cottage so we could go on the train ride. The day prior to check in I verified our stay with the owner and she was a delight on the phone. They have it set up to be very accommodating for guests and it’s also a very clean property. The pond was awesome fishing, the boat was fun, and fire pit was excellent for having s’mores. We were sad to leave because it was the perfect set up for a little family get away!»

«This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! »
