Tranquility and Beauty in the Heart of Pinetop Lakes

The Bobolink House is located in the heart of Pinetop Lakes. No overhead wires, just beautiful pines, quaking aspen and oak trees throughout the neighborhood. Our home is 1582 SF and is a single level home. The kitchen, dining area and family room all open to each other giving the living space a real family feeling. The family room has a 50" smart TV (including cable stations), two full size leather sofas along with a very comfortable matching leather chair and ottoman. The new dining table seats six and is plenty large enough to play games or complete your puzzle. The natural gas fireplace in the family room adds to that special feeling of being in the mountains in the colder months and the central air conditioning will help you stay cool in the warmer months.

Our favorite spot in the whole house is the front Trex deck overlooking the front yard area and the neighborhood. We added four very relaxing Trex Adirondack rocking chairs for your comfort. The beauty of the pines and oak trees on our property and the private feeling you get from this deck make it a very special place to enjoy your morning coffee or to sit out with family or friends and enjoy a generous glass of wine in the late afternoon. There is plenty of tree shade to enjoy this space most of the day.

The master bedroom has a very restful king size bed, jet tub, two sinks, a walk-in closet, dresser, a 50" smart TV (including cable stations) and a super soothing Scandinavian Design leather recliner and ottoman to relax into while reading a good book or to take a peaceful nap while looking through the oversized windows to our beautiful back yard.

For couples traveling together, we have you covered! The 2nd bedroom, located on the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom, has a beautiful queen size bed, smart TV (including cable stations), great views, a walk-in closet, dresser, a fully functional workstation with a laser printer and your own full bathroom.

For those of you traveling with family, the third bedroom has a fun full/twin combo bunk bed with two very comfortable oversized been bags, the ideal set up for long hours of video gaming or watching your favorite show on your private TV (including cable stations). There is even a small desk built into the bunk bed, in case anyone has some left-over homework they have to work on.

The back covered deck is great to take in an evening meal or to enjoy a good book in the rocker located outside the master bedroom.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, board games and puzzles, Corn hole boards, blue tooth speaker, gas barbecue, two car garage, WIFI, high speed internet, four Smart flat screen TV’s (including cable stations) and a smart lock on the front door. We use a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean, sanitize and prepare the house before every visit.

The Bobolink House is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, Pinetop Lakes Golf Course, the Hon-Dah Casino, Sunrise Ski Resort, lakes, streams and hiking trails.

I wouldn't change a thing this was actually my 1st time ever booking a Home over a Hotel and it has opens my eyes to an amazing experiance. We didn't really need to leave all kitchen essentials provided entertainment and comfort for my family. Very clean and layed out all details needed for a great stay. A wonderful getaway!

This is our fourth year (I think?) at this property for our annual girl's weekend and we absolutely loved it! It's quiet, it's comfortable, it's clean and has everything we could possibly need. We'll be back next year!

Comfortable Retreat

This was a subsequent visit for us. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. The host is responsive and kind. This property is simply amazing. House is very clean and well maintained. Furniture is comfortable and rooms are well organized in a nice open concept configuration. Tranquility in the pines!

My husband, mom, and I spent 4 wonderful days in this lovely home. The split bedroom floorplan worked out wonderfully and the master bedroom was luxurious. I felt as though I was enveloped in a cocoon in the fluffy bedding and the spa tub was wonderful as well. The home was extremely clean (and I am a germophobe!!!). I loved the little touches like a clean sponge and hand soap at all the sinks. We had a little trouble getting all of the TVs up and running with specific programming but it was more user error than anything else as there are clear instructions in the home manual! Dave responded to my texts immediately and provided tech support! The kitchen is fully equipped and had soooo much counter space! I know the pictures on the listing already make it look beautiful, but it truly looks even better in person. It's a very nice neighborhood with flat streets for easy walks. Some lucky person/family has this booked for the rest of the summer but we will definitely return in the future. Thank you Dave & Michelle for your hospitality and immediate response to our questions!

Wonderful, Comfortable, Cozy, Spacious

This is my favorite Pinetop VRBO so far. We come to Pinetop a few times a year, so we have stayed at different places. This house was upgraded more than most. Electric thermostat is superior to the old manual ones that are in most. Sounds like not a big deal, but it makes a difference on arrival. The living room and kitchen are spacious and nicely furnished. Cooking supplies are decent quality for all cooking needs.

Girls' Getaway

Clean, well maintained, great location, well stocked, and just what we were looking for. Dave and Michelle are exceptional hosts. There was a pretty decent snowfall the days prior to our arrival and we were unable to access the garage, but they got it plowed very quickly. No inconvenience to us and understandable as the ring doorbell doesn't capture that part of the house. Great communication and we can't wait to come back.

It’s just like home

This property is so great that I booked it again in less than a month. The house is very inviting and has a lovely layout. Property has so much to offer and is close to shopping, dining and Sunrise Ski Resort. Even if you don’t ski you can sit by the fire in the Pub and ski the bar. The casino is right down the road also. I think the snow is a bonus. Greer is a great place to visit and have lunch. Bobolink house is equipped with everything one could ask for. The owner is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The neighborhood is very up scale and one feels safe. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of blankets, towels and games to play. 4 televisions with plenty of options. BBQ grill on back deck also. Plenty of choices for dining out also. There is a binder in the living room that is full of information and very detailed instructions on the house and area. I will definitely book this house again.

Amazing stay !

Our stay was amazing and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to use. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The living room was the best part , we watched Sunday football. There was a ton of snow which was awesome and dave applied shovels which saved our lives with getting stuck in the snow. He was very understanding with us checking out a little later due to our car getting stuck in the snow. Thank you dave ! 5 star

Perfection waits here

OMG this home was all the listing said it was and more. The pictures were on point. The home was immaculate. The home was inviting and very comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and the en suite with the jetted tub and walk-in shower was a delight. There was everything one needed in the kitchen and more. The gas fireplace was easy to start and very romantic. The garage was available for parking your vehicle in which was an added bonus along with no cleaning fee. I stood on the back deck and heard beautiful wind chimes which I think came from the house behind and with the tree branches heavy with snow it was a like a winter wonderland. I could only imagine the two smaller pines with white twinkle lights on them. There was a gas BBQ on the back deck also. There were plenty of options for watching tv and there games and puzzles for your entertainment also. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just down the road from the casino and shopping was close by also. Sunrise Ski Resort was about 30-40 minutes away. The owners made checking into the house very easy and had a binder with everything you needed to know about the home and suggestions of places you could go to dine. I can highly recommend this home for your vacation stay and I do plan on returning in the future. Thank you Dave and Michelle for sharing this beautiful home. I just loved it. Peggy

Cozy and Comfortable Retreat

This home is lovely and thoughtfully decorated. From the moment we entered the door we knew we were in for a great stay. The living room has ample seating complete with pillows and cozy throws for those chilly winter evenings. The gas fireplace is warm and welcoming. The walls have are graced with tasteful artwork. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well/equipped for cooking a meal. Many good restaurants are not far away if you choose to go out. The master bedroom is on one side of the home with an en-suite and the other two bedrooms are on the other end with a shared bathroom. Decks are across the front and back of the house, with lots of seating. A game/puzzle cabinet is situated by the large table for family entertainment.. You can’t really appreciate this place unless you experience it for yourself. Be prepared to enjoy your stay. We….will definitely be back! The Blacks Chandler, AZ

An oasis with all the amenities

We were lucky enough to get reservations for Christmas and New Year's. This beautiful house on Bobolink in Pinetop has turned into our favorite place to stay. And this time we had more snow than any of us have ever seen! This is our second stay and everything I remember about the house is still true: pristinely clean and sparkling, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beautiful TVs in every room, gorgeous fireplace, perfect garage and wonderfully comfy beds and couches. But mostly, it's the quiet. We live right in the middle of a city with all that noise, and the Bobolink house is a total oasis for us. Honestly, I felt my heart beat slower the minute we walked in. And Dave is the best! Very responsive and helpful, even when we had three feet of snow to plow in the driveway, a first! Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, Dave!

Home away from home!

Wonderful time in this beautiful home. All and enough amenities provided for our stay. We all felt cozy with the fireplace, cozy in the beds and had a lot of fun making puzzles while at the house provided by the host. We loved the area! One direction took you in town for anything you may need and the other direction took you to the Casino, Sunrise or fishing at the beautiful lakes on the reservation. Well would definitely rent this house again!
