Cabin retreat nestled back in the highly sought-after Pinetop Lakes community. This cabin is sure to be a relaxing get-away for families and friends seeking to experience a nostalgic mountain home. The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area. Beautifully exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, and a loft area that is perfect for kids.

The cabin features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and set up for sleeping 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom features a queen bed and 2 twin beds, 1 located in the loft area. Each of the bedrooms has a full closet as well as dressers to store clothing, and nightstands equipped with lamps. In addition, is a pull out couch in the living room if needed. Everything is provided to make your stay convenient and easy including; all linens, bedding, towels, blankets, etc with a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, coffee pot, pans, serving dishes, crock pot and utensils, along with a BBQ to grill out back. Everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals - all you need is to bring your food. Dining area offers seating for 6. Or enjoy your meal outdoors on the deck or picnic tables. Nice setting to relax and unwind.
Sit back and relax on the porch swing in the front or take in the morning sunrise on the back deck. You will be entertained by the squirrels running around leaping from tree to tree and many blue jays.

Extras include Wi-Fi, smart TV's with access to Roku, Netflix, Hulu, etc ready to sign into your accounts. There are also some games, puzzles, dvd player with an assortment of movies. Bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash. A smart lock allows seamless entry.
Like most homes/cabins in the area this one does not have air conditioning due to the moderate climate of the White Mountains.
This quiet setting is located close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, biking, hiking, horseback riding, casino, boating, golf and lots more.

If you will be checking out on Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, the cleaning fee will be $225 instead of $125 (increased for holidays).

NOTE - We are dog friendly but yard is not yet fenced. We do NOT allow cats due to allergies.
- There is a $25/night pet fee, max of $150 unless additional cleaning/damage, or yard clean up is required

There is an exterior security camera located at the front door monitoring the entrance to the home
