Welcome to Bearfoot Cabin where you will love enjoying your morning coffee on the large back patio while taking in the silence of the whispering pines; you may even see some Deer, Elk, Antelope, Wild Horses, or Bears! Enjoy stargazing? Our location is perfect for spotting shooting stars. More of an adventurist? Open the back gate and the whole forest is yours to explore.
A 35 minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort where, in the winter, you can ski or snowboard all day, or the summer, attack their mountain bike course, Alpine Coaster, and enjoy the views, before returning home to cozy up to a warm fire or soak in the hot tub. The fire pit is gas so there is no work, no fire restrictions or blackout dates here!
The neighborhood is home to the public Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club as well as some small lakes which you can easily bike or walk to.
The house has a large master suite with a king bed, double vanity bathroom, walk-in shower, and huge closet. It also has a private patio out back where you can enjoy some alone time.
Down the hallway you will find the first guest room with 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4 children. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Then the second guest room with a King size bed.
The living room is has a gas fireplace for those cold nights and plenty of room to entertain. The kitchen and dining room seat 10. The kitchen is stocked with all your necessary items; plates, bowls, utensils, pots, blender, Instapot, Keurig and drip coffee pot, etc... A full washer and dryer with detergent available. Plenty of parking out front in the large wrap around driveway.
Out back you will find a table and chairs with seating for 10, propane BBQ grill, hot tub, gas fire pit, and plenty of room to play your favorite outdoor games. There is also a gate right out to the National Forest!!
In the garage is a GAME ROOM that includes a PING PONG TABLE, a GOLDEN TEE arcade game, and an additional arcade game that has 10,000 games to choose from! 4 adult and 2 kid bikes with helmets for you to enjoy.
With only 2 neighbors this is the perfect house to enjoy some piece and quiet. Please call with any questions 480-751-7999.
We do have three cameras on the front of the cabin as well as one up high on the back of the cabin for security and to catch any wildlife that may wander by. None of the cameras can see into the cabin or hot tub area so you should feel comfortable while at our home.
This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 Adults, the top bunk beds are for Children only.
A Photo ID and Signed Rental Agreement are required to confirm your reservation.

Wonderful host with great communication. Beautiful property with everything you could possibly want for a mountain getaway or a work trip in the White Mountain region. One of the best values we've experienced with vacation rentals and we've stayed at many. I manage a vacation rental in another state and can say that this cabin is very well managed. I give it my highest marks. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The home itself was pristine, immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly set this place apart was the magical experience of being immersed in nature and wildlife. Waking up to the sight of wild horses grazing just beyond the trees felt like something out of a dream. We saw cows wandering through the forest, and caught glimpses of birds right from the porch. The setting was so peaceful and untouched, it felt like our own private slice of paradise.Every evening, we sat outside listening to the sounds of the forest or searching for frogs, completely surrounded by the beauty of nature. It’s rare to find a place that offers both total serenity and such unique wildlife encounters.If you're looking for a stay that’s not just a getaway, but a “true experience”, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time, we’re staying even longer.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bearfoot Cabin. Sitting on the patio was very pleasant and since the property borders the forest it felt private and secluded. We felt like it was a place we would definitely consider returning to next summer if still available.

Such a great place to stay

We loved this cabin so much. It’s our favorite place we’ve ever stayed while in Pinetop. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the views of the woods out back are perfect. Everything was so great with the house. Very clean with comfortable beds and seating. So much to do too! Our favorites were sitting out back enjoying the sound of the wind through the trees, ping pong (LOTS of ping pong), and the games in the garage. It really was the perfect place for our family of four to stay.

Outstanding cabin with a private view!

We are beyond satisfied with our stay at the Bearfoot cabin. It's clean, spacious, and equipped with so many amenities to make our stay easier. The game room was a hit! We were able to see some wildlife (coyotes, squirrels, and birds) right from the big beautiful windows! We booked our stay for winter activities but we will absolutely book again for future trips year round! Exceptional cabin!

Family Getaway

Our stay at Bear foot Cabin was Fantastic. Todd and Ruth had their home equipped with everything we needed and more. The home and area are beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to look out into the forest from any window. The game room, jacuzzi, fire pit, fire place, and forest provided so many opportunities to make memories. This place is a gem!! Hot tub paradise!!

We stayed here for 5 days to ring in the new year! It was a blast and Ruth was amazing and super easy to get in touch with!! Highly recommend for family’s especially with younger kids. Cabin is very kid friendly and has a ton of games, ping pong tables, bikes to ride on the gigantic driveway. Such a blast!!

Great Memories in Pinetop

House is as advertised. Updated and modern with a great backyard view of the National Forest. Very peaceful and quiet, great neighborhood, close to local restaurants and popular outdoor activities. You will not be disappointed. Great place to create memories.

Relaxing Long Weekend in Pinetop!

This is our second visit to the Bear Cabin and it was even better than the first! We seemed to pack in a ton for our few days stay. Our family of 4 had a great time riding the bikes around the neighborhood, playing in the driveway, throwing the ball around the backyard, playing cornhole and a ton of other stuff. The host recently added a fabulous hot tub which was a great addition to the serenity of the back yard and forest. I took my son fishing at Silver Creek to catch some rainbow and apache trout along with visiting nearby Woodland Lake Park. This park is only 10 minutes away and perfect for taking a late morning walk along with a great dock to fish from. Pinetop has plenty of good restaurants with a variety of food. And when it's time to hit the hay, the beds and pillows are super confortable....you will NOT want to get out of bed! Our kids sure love this cabin and especially love the bunk bed room! My only complaint is we didn't have enough time to do it all! Our family cannot wait to come back next summer and hopfeully stay longer! Pinetop and the Bear Cabin did NOT dissapoint! Till next time!

Great Cabin for a Weekend GetAway

Our overall experience was positive! The cabin is in a great location and the cabin had all amenities as advertised. The property is well maintained and everything (i.e. appliances, lighting, televisions, WiFi, AC/heat, etc.) was current in the cabin. Great care and thoughtful consideration went into this VRBO rental. Our family had a blast and we look forward to our next visit!

Perfect home for a family

This home has it all… views, beautiful yard, bikes, hot tub, games, comfy beds, and nicely decorated interior. Loved the big windows and the patio! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right next to National forest. We cooked all our dinners there and found all the cookware and appliances we needed, right down to children’s plates. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals in Arizona, but this was the best, by far. The home is located in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood, and backs to the forest. In the backyard, you barely even realize you have neighbors because of the way the home sits. Most rentals are relatively clean, but you'll notice the baseboards, walls, fans, bathrooms, and most of the nooks and crannies need attention. That is not the case with this home. It was spotless. We didn't find anything that needed cleaning attention. We also often find there is not much (if any) room for your belongings - clothes, food, toiletries. Again, that is NOT the case with this home. There is plenty of room for everything. Anything you need during your stay, they probably have. There were three cookie sheets (we are often lucky to find ONE), plenty of pots and pans, plates and bowls (including plastic), utensils, Ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Quite literally everything. We also loved the ping pong table and arcade games in the garage. There is also cornhole, and bikes for everyone. Everything was in great condition - another thing often lacking in rental homes. The owners were wonderful to work with, and on top of everything. We rarely stay at the same place twice, but we will absolutely stay here again and again. Can't wait to come back!

Awesome cabin and location

This cabin is fully equipped for everything you may need for your stay. Garage game room had all the adults in there playing video games and ping pong. The outside patio viewing into the forest is so peaceful and the spa was already warmed for our arrival. Firepit and bbq was perfect for those evenings you just wanted to say home and enjoy the comforts this cabin as to offer. Looking forward to coming back soon ! ! !

Exceptional Stay

You couldn’t ask for more. The cabin’s location is prime as it is backing the forest with little ability to see any neighbors. True serenity. The property it self was not only spotless cleaned and organized, the extra amenities were EXCELLENT for my family. When I think of spending a weekend in a cabin, this is the cabin I think of! If your considering don’t hesitate BOOK IT!

Perfect Family Stay-In Getaway

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The property was even better than described. Roomy, clean and organized, lots of light, stocked with everything we needed and more. The teens loved the huge Smart TV, the arcade games, ping pong and giant hot tub. The younger kids loved riding bikes, playing cards and board games, playing in the snow and making s'mores over the outdoor gas fire pit. My wife and I were thrilled to have a suite with our own deck and a walk-in closet big enough for a pack-n-play for the baby to sleep undisturbed. We loved cuddling up on the couch with the gas fireplace glowing while we watched snow fall onto the backyard forest through the night. No need to leave the property to find things to do. This place met all of our needs and was able to keep a family of 8 comfortable and entertained for a 3 night stay-in getaway. Ruth and Todd were great to work with. Organized, friendly, great communication. They quickly responded to all of our questions and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We'll be booking again soon!

A must visit Cabin

Cant complain, this place was just breathingly beautiful and peaceful. Well organized and communication from owners was exceltional. Very pleasant people to talk too. We had a good time even though we didn't see any snow but nevertheless it was awesome. The view was incredible. We recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Pinetop.
