We Appreciate Feedback on the experiences and suggestions from our Guests as we continuously seek to make our Beach Condo a Preferred Choice, based on its (Legally Designated) Oceanfront location, beauty and amenities. I make myself personally available as our Guest’s Virtual Host to provide any information, answer any question, or address any issue that is brought to my attention in a timely manner. Every photo accurately represents our property. The condo complex’s Private Boardwalk between the beautiful pool and beach is purposely intended for Guests use (I amplified this fact in the label of one picture). The complex’s wooden deck seating and picnic area overlooking the beach are specifically available for Guests’ use. We Do Share a water hose with our neighbors, as I specifically told this Guest. We will consider installing another. We do provide ample clotheslines and will replenish clothespins. There are chairs that could be used on the balcony but we choose not to leave them there to maximize space and not obstruct the direct view of the ocean. Our Sun Room is Air Conditioned and has a Ceiling Fan for our Guests comfort, with a wall-to-wall sliding door to enjoy the view of the bordering natural forest. It is Not intended as an eating area. There is ample seating for meals at the counter (with barstools) between the Sun Room and adjoining Kitchen, and at the spacious Dining Room table. Our Living Room is comfortably furnished for relaxing family time, conversation or viewing your favorite movie or show, and there is plenty of dresser and chest storage space in each bedroom. Our kitchen has all the pots and pans, skillets, glassware and silverware to cook any meal you choose! IF You chose Not to Cook there are in fact plenty of prepared food or grocery pick-up or delivery services on the island and in the area. A feature of Pine Knoll Shores attractiveness is not being Commercialized. There are amazing top quality restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, and gas stations well within 10 miles either way On The Island. I have never been told there were no shells to be found within a short stroll along our beach, and Not finding Shark’s teeth on our beach is a Good Thing! We ordered new furniture last Fall and it still has not been delivered due to COVID (as noted on my VRBO web page). I wish the screen problem was reported in a timely manner (learning of this for the 1st time 3 weeks later) and will be fixed immediately. Our Condo is not brand new and is very well maintained! Our TV's provide excellent picture quality to watch your favorite shows or a movie of your choice (HBO/SHO premium channel service is included). We will upgrade our MBR TV with the latest technology when necessary to ensure picture quality. We expect most Guests to enjoy the beach or beautiful pool, and most TV watching would occur as a family/group-oriented activity enjoying our 60" HDTV (with DVD player) in the Family/Living Room. The kitchen bathroom issue was corrected immediately when reported by the subsequent Guest. We are committed to providing a quality rental experience and are readily available to correct any issue ASAP. Come and Enjoy our Oceanfront Beauty!.

We were surprised that there were fleas in the carpet as we never allow pets and had not heard any reports from previous Guests nor any other owners in our condominium complex, so right away I sent my maintenance person to inspect the unit. We immediately arranged for treatment by our pest services company but the Guest would not permit us to treat the carpet until after they departed (as they would have to be out of the condo for 4 hours for safety purposes). Our Housekeeper of many years had thoroughly cleaned all the bathrooms and the entire Condo so I have no idea why it would have had to be cleaned a second time. And we have had no previous reports of any oders in the downstairs bathroom. I Welcome All My Guests as their virtual host on their arrival and tell them to text or call me IF there are any problems. This Guest only notified me of the flea situation and never said a word about anything else. I assure Guests that there are No Longer Any fleas in our Condo and we will closely monitor for any in the future. And My Condo is thoroughly cleaned by a Professional Housekeeper and I will always be ready to remedy any problem IF I am notified. I want my Condo to be a vacation location of choice and will do whatever is required to make it the quality beach rental location I expect it to be!

Owner emailed Guest weeks in advance alerting them as to impact of Condo complex being painted during their stay, offering consideration. Carpets had been thoroughly shampooed and are (and were) professionally vacuumed weekly, and furniture is wiped down and disinfected weekly. We will continue to proactively insure cleanliness of our property as we want our Guests to be Safe and Enjoy their Stay At Our Beach Place! s/JC

The Atlantic Ocean is clearly viewed from our Master Bedroom deck (my Favorite place) and the complex has substantial picnic tables and benches to obtain even more majestic views. with the beach down the stairs just below. Our condo is Professionally cleaned weekly, to include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces (including handrails). Our carpet is regularly shampooed and is (was) Professionally vacuumed throughout weekly, and there is a brand new Shark vacuum in the unit. We will insure ample basic household consumables are in the property. We will continue to focus our efforts to ensure our Guests are Safe and Healthy, as we want them to Enjoy Our Beach Paradise! s/JC

Glad you enjoyed our Oceanfront Beach Condo! We provide a 60"HDTV with DVD Player in the Great Room for all Guests to Relax and Enjoy together. We also provide a TV in the Master Bedroom. We include HBO and Showtime Premium channels at no additional charge! All Guests have Bath and Hand Towels provided and we furnish the Kitchen and bathroom downstairs with hand and dish towels, and wash cloths. We Do Not Provide Towels for the Beach, so Please Bring Your Own Beach Towels and Enjoy our Beautiful Crystal Coast Beach Condo! s/JC
