Step outside to the warm waters of Port Stephens. Our beach is tidal, with shallow waters at high tide – perfect for kids. Or wade out to deeper water for a rejuvenating saltwater swim. We have our own private boat ramp only for kayaks and people , and you can moor your boat in the backyard! (A boat ramp is also conveniently located just 200 meters away). Direct beach access ensures a seamless and tranquil experience. Our property operates on tank water which is safe to drink but if you’re concerned you can buy water from Coles at Tea Gardens. You can also boil the water and put in the fridge.. An initial supply of toilet paper is provided, and free WiFi.
