Peak Your Interest is in Pigeon Forge across from Gatlingburg Golf Course, overlooking Dollywood within minutes from the entrance and close to Gatlinburg & Smoky Mountains National Park. The whole family can enjoy everything Pigeon Forge, and the surrounding towns have to offer or with all the amenities offered at Peak Your Interest you may not want to leave the cabin as there is plenty entertainment.

Check-in 4:00pm and Check-out 10:00am. There is NO early check-in available as this time is needed for our cleaners to prepare the cabin for your stay.
Also there in NO Late check-out options as our cleaners will need to prepare the cabin for the next guest.

NO check-in or check-outs on major holidays such as: (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

NO Pets allowed as the owners have severe allergies.

NO Smoking and if there is any smoke odor you will forfeit your deposit

Security Deposit is $500.00 and will be refunded 5 days after check out if no damage is done to the cabin and all house rules were followed.

Critter Notice: This is a home in the woods, therefore you will likely see bugs, mice or furry critters such as raccoons or even bears. We do our very best to maintain the property with regular pest control but due to surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, critter curiosity is inevitable! Please notify us personally if you have any trouble in this regard so we can address promptly.

Great location. Super close to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge making access to food and restaurants easy. Cabin is in a neighborhood so wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a secluded mountain area- but perfect as a home base to do pigeon forge activities as well as close to hikes and mountain activities. Host very kind and responsive. Clean home. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the games and theater area. Overall a great stay!

House was great

Plenty of room for all guests. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. We all had vehicles but this place is near the trolley if you wanted to use that. Check the propane if you plan to use the grill though. We waited until dinner time to check it and found that it was empty.

Honest review

There was multiple gaps with in the flooring where you could see the sub floor. On the landing between the first and second floor wasn’t as big of a deal as the bathrooms. The vinyl flooring would stick to the bottom of our heels and lift up as we were walking on it in our bathrooms. My wife hurt her toe on it walking in during the middle of the night. The outdoor stairwell between the main floor and bottom floor about halfway down has a broken step that you don’t know is a problem until you step on it and it tilts forward. Our friend was carrying her baby with her down those stairs.. luckily she caught herself before they went tumbling.A lot of us were disappointed that none of the stuff in the movie room was there. (All the board games, giant connect 4, etc) we would have brought some games to the cabin if we hadn’t seen that picture. A lot of the games we were going to bring were pictured in the entertainment center. There was a pool table on the wall rack. We picked it up and it broke apart in half. The Pac-Man machines were fun. The mini golf room is much larger than it looks in the pictures. If you’re looking for nature this spot is RIGHT next to Dollywood. You can look down and see the maintenance buildings and hear the kids train whistling all day. Biggest pro is the location for getting to places. Gatlinburg or pigeon forge are very accessible. Also comfortably fit all 10 of us. Contacted the renter after the trip, but no response.

Great Place

Great location, clean, spacious. Would stay there again. Only suggestions I’d have is to make sure all the TV remotes work (half of them didn’t) and the kitchen needs more coffee cups (there are only 4 and we had 7 people who wanted coffee).

Great location for Dollywood

I would stay here on another trip to Pigeon Forge. The property was clean and had plenty of room for our large group ranging in ages from 5 to 64. We liked the proximity to Dollywood and other attractions. We had some issues with the neighbors parking so many cars next door that we couldn’t park at the house. The property manager was very responsive and addressed the issue right away.

Family Vacation

There was plenty of room for the 7 adults and 6 kids. We loved sitting on the wrap around porch. Location was great. Was disappointed in the lack of cookware, plates & silverware. Some amenities were lacking.

Perfect Cabin

Cannot wait to book our next vacation and book this cabin again. Great location, extremely close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge with just a short amount of time to Gatlinburg. Enough rooms & bathrooms for everyone to be able to get ready. And there was nothing better than after a long day to relax in the hot tub & play all the games there.. very clean rooms and bathrooms 5+++ stars!!!

Family trip

We have been coming to Gatlinburg the last 5 years as a family for our Christmas gift to each other and this cabin has been the cleanest, most accommodating, and hassle free stay we have had yet. Will definitely be looking at booking another stay here

10/10 Cabin and Great Trip!

We have been going to Pigeon Forge for a long time, this has been the best cabin we have stayed in. It is close to the main Hwy 321, the golf course and Dollywood. There was plenty of room for everyone and things to do. The cabin is beautiful and quiet location.
