«Host was very attentive and property was awesome! It was very close to attractions while being far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The layout of the property was perfect for our family with a great kitchen and living area and roomy bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again!»

«We were supposed to get a code by email for the condo. When clicking the link for the code a message came up saying not available at this time. Finally found a toll free number to call and left a message. Waited a bit and then called again, got an answer and the lady gave us a code on the phone. The outside of the building is dirty, windows and actual door to the condo filthy.Metal steps rusted through also. Once inside, the condo was decently clean although all touch surfaces, i.e. cabinet ...

«Property was in a great location. Very close to many activities. The interior of the cabin was very nice. The hot tub was nice. However, we did have some issues. We had difficulty connecting to the wi-fi. We finally figured it out (password name we were provided was not the correct one for guests to use at least in our case). The cable in the main floor did not work. Other televisions seemed okay. Our main issue was with the property exterior. The cabin had a huge deck on each of the ...

«This was the perfect weekend getaway! Close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and about 15min to the Gatlinburg strip. Karen was quick to respond with answers to any questions I had. I also have to note how comfy the bed and pillows were!! I feel like an uncomfy mattress can make or break a trip, and this one was phenomenal. Highly recommend this cabin for your next trip! »

«We had a wonderful stay and would recommend. The condo was clean, comfortable, and as described. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional customer service. We unexpectedly arrived much later than planned, and the door code we were given wasn't working. I called Traci in the middle of the night, and she answered right away and got us inside within a few minutes. We truly appreciated how kind, responsive, and helpful she was, especially at such a late hour. That level of care made all ...
