The house was great. There were a few small issues, like the door handle of the fridge was broken but normal for dedicated rental properties. The three levels with their own bathrooms were GREAT for our family! I just wish there were more towels, it was hard to keep enough towels clean with such a small washer. And there was only ONE dish towel, we bought a few extras. The hot tub worked well and was hot when we arrived which was great! Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend to my friends!

We enjoyed our stay at Papa Bear’s cabin very much! The description was accurate and we had no issues during our stay. Communication with the host was convenient and easy. The game room was an added bonus. One especially good feature is the mattress in the top floor bedroom. It was amazing. When returning to the Pigeon Forge area I will definitely keep this cabin in mind for rebooking.

The Kitchen was stocked amazingly well and I liked that I had cabinet space to use as a pantry. Some of us spent time on the decks and used the hot tub. Some of used the lower level to play games and watch tv in that awesome theatre set-up. The rooms were so spacious we weren't tripping over luggage. The loft upstairs also gave extra room. Beds were great, Bathrooms great. A single mention is to bring your own hangers. Location was very convenient. This ranks as one of my favorite bookings!

Family vacation

House was well appointed and had plenty of room. Some minor imperfections were present including doors that don’t latch properly, a broken spa cover, and the pool cues all had missing tips. The kitchen sink was also broken when we arrived. I notified the property manager of this and there was someone here to repair the next morning so that was excellent. The neighborhood was very nice and location was fantastic.

Overall it was ok,trash by the cans needed to be cleaned, the kitchen faucet was broken, the theater room remote to the TV was gone. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close. The grill was unusable very dirty,

Wonderful Stay! Recommend it!

Me and my girls had a great time at Papa’s cabin! The place was perfect for us, and we loved the basement with the pool table and the big screen for a little Netflix! It was clean which should be expected but we were grateful that it was. There’s a lot of cabins in the area so we couldn’t play our music loud but that was ok we still had a great time, parking was good for our 4 cars and the location was spot on right! Oh and the place isn’t so tight and cramp like alot of the cabins out there, it’s not huge but it’s just the right size. Thank you for allowing me and my girls make some great memorable times !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful place - Just right!

Thankfully we found this CABIN! We’ve been to Pigeon Forge before and stayed with the local rental companies but always had issues especially with old furniture and cleanliness BUUTTTT.. at with this cabin it was soooo clean, and all the furniture was nice too! I was happy that the host had the place in great condition as we were expecting issues from past cabins, like I said thankfully we found this cabin. We did have an issue with the TVs but the host was able to get us using it with ease. See you next winter :)

Everything was perfect!

We were looking for a cabin in the area with a fair price and came across Papa Wolfs Cabin! The price was right and we absolutely loved our stay. No complaints about anything in the cabin and our host was just awesome. He was very helpful, informative and available when we had a question. The cabin was clean and the beds were thankfully comfortable, I get back aches so that was a plus to be sleeping comfortably. Everything was great and I would recommend this cabin to my friends. See you soon Papa Wolf :)

disappointing

I won't make this review long although the issues I ran into with the host were significant. Core things like internet, power to the downstairs, the hot tub were not in working order when I arrived. It took several hours of my vacation time to resolve. I asked the host for remediation, a refund of 5% was provided. Hardly acceptable to me. The previous reviews reference Kevin as a host who sounds great. Paul was my host - not sure if he is from a management company or new owner and the listing didn’t change. In any regard, Paul is no Kevin….we miss you Kevin. The house itself was as listed - it is newer, the neighborhood is create as rentals for the vast tourists for the area. I did provide only 3 star for cleanliness which reflected my experience - there was trash on the porch and counters were still dirty.

Fun times!

Fun for the adults and the kids. We all played games, including the arcade games and pool. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We watched movies in the theater room. There was plenty of space for 12 of us. And we loved cooking and eating meals together in the open layout of the kitchen/dining/living rooms.

Family friendly Cabin!

Family of 5….Perfect location! We spent minimal time in traffic due to the perfect location. Our boys loved sleeping in the queen size bunk beds and game room in the basement. Our teenage son has his own private bathroom and bedroom upstairs, he felt like a king. My husband and I had our own bathroom and king size bed too on the first floor. We even took our Labrador who loved the cabin as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was beyond wonderful!

My family and sister’s family were beyond happy with this property. It was extremely clean and up to date. The Mattresses were extremely comfortable, which I find rare in a rental property. This properties location was perfect. Your minutes from everything! And the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. I would absolutely rent this cabin again. It was beyond perfect for the 9 of us! Thank you so much!

Super Clean, Convenient to Strip and Very Modern and Cozy

As a long-time traveler to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, I can say that this was one of the best cabins we've stayed in. It was immaculately clean, every thing was in like new condition, had a nice private view out the back, plenty of parking and SUPER close to the strip. The owner is attentive and accommodating, and I greatly appreciate that we could bring our pets. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the cabin for a family vacation. The cabin was very clean, my kids loved the downstairs game room & bunk beds. The owner was quick to respond to my questions.& very helpful. Cabin was exactly as described . The only thing I would change, please put more towels in each bathroom
