Ideal for family gatherings or group retreats, it's nestled on the edge of Caney Creek, conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit listening to nature's soothing sounds.


Prime Location: Situated directly on Caney Creek, ideal for wading and cooling off in summer.

Luxury Sleeping Arrangements: 8 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms featuring jacuzzi tubs.

Upper level hosts 2 King and 2 Queen Bunk Bedrooms each with a futon and private bath.

Pet-Friendly Policy: $150 per dog under 30 lbs. Larger breeds upon request.

Entire cabin available for your stay.

House Rules:
Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book.
No Smoking/Vaping: Inside the cabin strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 8 AM; strict noise compliance.
Furniture Arrangement: Do not rearrange furniture.

Seasonal fireplace usage.
Start up supplies provided. Guests will need to provide extra for extended stays.
Ladybug presence due to environmental protection efforts.

You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay.

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety for every stay, we provide a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and dinnerware) but do not stock shared pantry staples like oils or spices. We recommend bringing your favorite ingredients to tailor your meals exactly to your liking!
