Additional house rules:
- An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $500 will be held offline two (2) days prior to check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified..

- The cabin has smart Roku TVs that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.
- Dedicated parking is available in front of the cabin. It can accommodate 3 mid-size SUVs. If you have an additional car, please park at the overflow parking space next to the swimming pool. No trailers are allowed in the resort at any time.
- There are cameras at the front and around the cabin. We use these to ensure safety and make sure that our cleaning and home care partners deliver the best service. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- You will likely see and hear critters, bugs, spiders, and bears (Bears are dangerous!)- You are in the mountains! Please do not go near or feed any wildlife. Do not leave any food or drinks in the car. Wildlife may try to break in. Keep vehicles locked at all times.

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

- We welcome pets ( Dogs only) in our cabin. Up to 2 dogs are allowed(less than 50lb each). The pet fee is $75 per night per pet.
- Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
- Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home.
- All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records.
- Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.

- Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

- No refunds for storms, snow, and/or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. We recommend you come prepared with bottled water and nonperishable items
