amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a hearty

comfortable seating area with a fireplace to snuggle up by on chilly mountain

evenings. As you settle in, use the complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected or

quickly wash dishes in the dishwasher. The ample countertops provide plenty of

space to prep meals, and the sink is conveniently located near the stove and

atmosphere. But that's not all - our outdoor space also features a hot tub,

ideal for relaxing under the stars. When it's time to refuel, fire up the gas

grill and cook some delicious meals amidst the natural beauty of the woods.

bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. Whether you're looking for a

Location / Roads / Parking:

Bean Pot is conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just a short

drive from Gatlinburg and Townsend, surrounded by various restaurants,

shopping, and activities. The access is great, with easy routes off main roads

that are perfect for all vehicles, including motorcycles—no steep, winding

roads to navigate here! If you want to visit the country's most-visited

national park, you can reach the entrance in just 15 minutes. Once there,

you'll find miles of hiking trails, stunning overlooks, and plenty of wildlife

to enjoy!



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
