The main floor features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. There's also a sleeper sofa for extra guests and an arcade game for some entertainment. The adjacent dining room seats six comfortably, ideal for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite dishes. A half bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this floor. Step out onto the screened-in deck and unwind in the hot tub, a perfect way to relax.

Upstairs, you'll find a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV. This private retreat includes its own bathroom and a lovely deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

The lower level offers a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom and a kitchenette add to the convenience. This level also features a deck with a gas grill, ideal for outdoor cooking.

As a guest at Golf View Resort, you'll have access to great amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. The resort also has a grilling area for outdoor dining.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
