Gorgeous home with beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is absolutely beautiful and in a prime and easily accessible location. Easy to book and check in and out. Quick response time when contacting the host. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The front door is a little tricky to lock when exiting. The house does have bedrooms/bathrooms in the basement that are handicap accessible but it’s a steep incline to wheel around the back of the house to get into the main floor.

Great Place To Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Pillars for our annual organizational retreat. The property was absolutely perfect. Each person had space to spread out, yet there was plenty of room for us to all come together to plan. I particularly enjoyed the size of the kitchen as I was the cook over the weekend. We did get 14" of snow while we were there, but the house was located close enough to the main road that we were able to get in and out without issue. The property managers were very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location! So close to everything. LOVED how spacious the kitchen was. The grill needs some repair. Only part of the burners worked. Would have been awesome to have a black stone but we made it work! The tvs didn’t work in the bedrooms. We couldn’t get any of them to connect to the dvd players or cable box. Overall it was great for our needs. We will likely plan to book here again next year!

Family Outing

This property and it’s location was perfect! The outside setup was awesome not to mention the huge hot tub. The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is awesome. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the detailed cleaning. But for it being right in town and big enough to house 30 people easily it was over the top!

Rocky Top Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful large home with accommodations for all ages. Spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

It was plenty big enough to be able to spread out and have privacy when needed as well. Love the kitchen, would highly recommend for large groups.

Great size fir a large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home offers so much hang out space and easy access to venues. We noticed right away it needs a deep cleaning. It also had extremely slow wifi. We ended having to use someone’s hotspot and it was still slow. Bring additional blankets there is no additional bedding.
