The space

*Wifi speeds are sometimes in and out up in the mountains! we do our best to get service but cant rely on it 100%. PLEASE plan your events prior to arrival just in case!*

When you enter this cozy cabin, you'll immediately notice the genuine hand hewn log beams and the craftsmanship throughout.

Prepare your meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Have a seat at the dining table and enjoy your meals while planning your daily adventures. The kitchen has an electric cooktop, refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, electric can opener, and toaster. For coffee, the cabin has both a drip-style coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, we offer each guest a starter cup of kcup and coffee but bring more as needed!. If you love to grill, we have a brand new park-style grill out front.

After a day of adventures in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains, head back to the cabin minutes away and slip into the hot tub for a soak and enjoy the Mountain View evening.
As it approaches bedtime, lie back on the reclining sofa and beds and tune in the HDTVs to your favorite shows/movies to end the evening.

Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the misty mountain views and the sounds of Mill creek rushing below!
We have parking for 5 vehicles in the cul-de-sac. Please be considerate of the other cabin next door when parking your vehicles!

Booking the Cabin/Cabin notes
All guests must be 25+ with exception of children of parents. A 50% payment is due on booking with the remainder due 60 days before arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days, the total amount is due on booking.

There is an external video camera for monitoring the street, walkway, and the parking areas — they have no internal view. If you touch/tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately! These are for your protection.

Wireless speeds are currently slow but unlimited. Internet is tough to come by currently in the rural mountains! (save us Elon Musk!) Please do not move or touch the wireless router as it is not cheap to replace and may require forfeiture of your security deposit if damaged. We are working to up the ante on this!

This cabin is in a wooded setting. You will likely see and hear 2/4/6/8 legged creatures. Monthly pest control is in place but occasionally they may slip through the cracks. Black Bears are also present, please do not feed the bears as they can be dangerous but they are a rare sight!

Pets are NOT allowed, if you are caught with a furry friend you will be asked to leave.

6 Human maximum. If you bring more than accounted for on your reservation you will be charged $150 for each human over said number.

No Late Check-out or early Check-ins, we need proper time for our cleaning crew to abide by the enhanced cleaning policies!
Every booking is covered by the Accidental Damage policy. It provides coverage in case of accidental damage to the cabin or its contents.

We require a $350 refundable security deposit to guard against non-accidental damages and items not covered by the policy. This is done by placing a "hold" on your credit card a few days before arrival. If all is good, the "hold" is released after departure and completion of our inspection.

We STRONGLY recommend guests consider obtaining Travel Insurance for your trip, especially if you are concerned about possible cancellation for weather or other travel interruptions.
Be sure to read and understand our cancellation policy. We will not be responsible for any cancellations outside of our policy - that is what Travel Insurance is for.

Guests must review and sign our Rental Agreement, a sample of which (without specifics of names and dates) is available. This agreement must be digitally signed and returned to us within the specified timeframe. A copy of the signer's government-issued ID must also be submitted. Instructions will be provided upon booking.

Safety & Security
* Keyless wireless remote controlled and monitored lock is installed
* Locking bars on each of the 4 sliding glass doors are installed
* Smoke detectors are installed throughout the cabin.
* The cabin is outfitted with CO detectors.
* There is a fire extinguisher located in an easily accessed location on each floor.

Cabin Layout
Lower Level: 3 Bdrm w/ 2 king beds, and 1 queen bed, full bath with tub/shower, laundry center, locking sliding glass doors, huge deck, 3 teak deck rockers, bench, new hot tub.

Main Level: Full bath with shower, kitchen, living area, large leather reclining sofas, main entrance, pool table, deck, 4 poly wood deck chairs, park style grill.

Your Well-Being is Important
Our housekeeping partner has always had a strict cleaning regimen that is performed after every guest stay. In light of the recent health emergency, we have worked closely with them and updated it to include additional processes and procedures to increase protections for both our guests and our housekeeping team members.

The high points of our cleaning process include the following:
Hot Tub: Drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest; fresh Bromine added.
Linens: laundered and processed in temperatures that exceed those recommended for laundry operations; disinfectant added if appropriate; dried at temperatures needed for sanitization; and, packaged until put out for guests.

Cabin:
All Housekeeping and inspection staff have been fully trained in the proper methods of cleaning and preparing our home for our guests.. They are instructed to immediately report anything that may lead them to believe that there is/was any kind of health issue in the cabin, with themselves, or with other staff.
