A Mountain Paradise is a new 3 bedroom/3 bathroom luxury cabin, located inside the secluded estates area of a resort. A Mountain
Paradise has 3 levels and is 2500 square feet not including over 1000 square feet of covered deck space. This cabin sleeps 8 guests and has parking for
approximately 3 vehicles with additional parking available inside the resort.

Main Level

A Mountain Paradise has two steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the
dining area, kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with
state of the art stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator with slide out bottom freezer, natural gas range/oven, microwave,
dishwasher and stainless steel under mount sink. Not to mention the custom cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops. This kitchen has it all, including
coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all of the cookware and utensils one could ask for!! The living room boasts a 30 foot vaulted ceiling with floor to
ceiling glass windows, which practically bring the outdoors in. From the living room, take in the panoramic mountain views including the magnificent Smoky
Mountain peak of Mt. Leconte (Tennessee's highest mountain) and Cove Mountain. Watch a movie from Netflix on the large 50" flat screen LCD TV or snuggle up to the towering fieldstone natural gas fireplace. Whatever you choose to do, you will be totally relaxed at a Mountain Paradise. The main level is also
where you will find the first of three bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite features a king size bed, a stone electric fireplace, and a 32" flat screen
LCD TV. The spacious bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or entry hall features a tiled glass walk in shower with frameless glass shower
doors. The Main Level deck of A Mountain Paradise is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful day! Here you will find plenty of rocking chairs,
natural gas grill or walk around to the side covered porch, where there is an outdoor dining set. Let's not forget to mention, the outdoor natural gas
stone fireplace and 40" flat screen LCD TV.

Upper Level

When you get to the top of the stairs you will enter into a master suite featuring a king size bed, a stone electric fireplace and a 32" flat screen LCD
TV. This bedroom has a spacious private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only. Once inside the bathroom, you will find a custom tiled walk in
shower with frameless glass shower doors and a separate oversize Jacuzzi tub.

Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of A Mountain Paradise you will walk right into the spacious game room. The
game room features a pool table, multi-cade arcade game, 40" flat screen LCD TV, and a granite wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. You will also find the
convertible sleeper sofa here. The washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the game room. Not enough fun? Then head into the private movie theater
also located on the lower level!

The theater room features comfortable stadium seating for 8 guests, a Blu-Ray player, Netflix and surround sound. Watch your favorite sporting event or show on the big screen....The theater is always a big hit! This level is where you will find the last of the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The suite features a king size bed, a stone electric fireplace and a 32" flat screen LCD TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a custom tile shower/tub combo with frameless glass shower doors. Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub which can be accessed from the lower level deck. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountain serenity after a day in the nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
