Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam mattress platform bed.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be an available upon confirmation of reservation). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays. We are pet friendly. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friend. ($75 first pet $25 second pet). If there is additional cleaning due to shedding, etc. you will be charged additionally)

Absolutely no 3rd party bookings. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.

We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

BUGS, BEARS, CRITTERS, and WILDLIFE
Please be aware that we perform regular pest control, but given the location of the studio, you may see or encounter wildlife while in area, including but not limited to: birds, bees, wasps, bats, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, fireflies, butterflies, beetles, lady bugs, ants, skunks, raccoons, black bears, etc. Wildlife encounters may happen: these are at your own risk and we are not liable to compensate you for these encounters that occur during your stay. Bears are DANGEROUS. Please be responsible and deter unwanted wildlife where possible by not leaving food, compost, or birdseed outside that attracts wildlife, insects and other pests. Bug spray is recommended in warmer months.

BUGS INSIDE STUDIO
In certain seasons, the climate does cause a lot of bugs. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed when not in use. We perform regular pest maintenance, including bed bug preventative measures, but there is no perfect solution to keep a mountain property completely bug-free. During "ladybug season" they love to return.

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.
