Located in the heart of France, this beautiful 18th-century building, with its "family home" atmosphere, is ideal for gatherings with family and friends and enjoying the charms of the Bourbonnais region. Overlooking a small cul-de-sac square in the center of a village of 500 inhabitants, this gîte allows you to enjoy the advantages of the countryside while having direct access to local shops and activities. Two private courtyards offer outdoor spaces: one opening onto the small square with its charming pergola, and the other, enclosed, located at garden level at the rear. You can also enjoy the large balcony overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the shared courtyard (maximum 2 vehicles) as well as in the church square directly opposite.
Spread over three levels, the Plagnole house offers an ambiance that harmoniously blends antique furnishings with modern touches. From the front courtyard, you enter through a beautiful main entrance on the ground floor, which leads to a bedroom, a living/dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a shower room, as well as access to the two upper floors, the laundry room, and the storage room (including a garage for two-wheeled vehicles). The kitchen and living room open onto a covered terrace providing access to the garden level.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one of which is a family room, a large games room with a pool table, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The second floor also comprises two bedrooms, one of which is a family room. For leisure activities, you'll have plenty of options: to name just a few, there's a lake 800 meters away (fishing, children's play area, etc.), the Le Pal amusement park 19 km away, and visits to castles in the Besbre Valley or museums.
