Wonderfully located two bedroom apartment

Wonderfully located two bedroom apartment. Large kitchen that leads into sizable living room. Two bedrooms with queen beds are located directly off of the living room. Unit also has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Host lives onsite and is available as needed. Plenty of parking in both the front and back of apartment complex. Access is provided through two entrances at either end of the apartment. At this time we do not allow pets. Apartment is located centrally to many places in Pierre.

The location of this Apartment could not be any more central to the daily life of Pierre. The mighty Missouri River is a mere two blocks down the street with a walking path that stretches for miles up and down the river. The amphitheater, hospital, capital building, capital lake, governors mansion and most major restaurants are located within a few blocks. Taco Johns a local fast food staple is located directly behind the apartment complex. Main street is very close and provides a authentic Pierre experience. The Pierre/Ft Pierre area featured prominently in the journey of Lewis and Clarke. There are two major parks close to this apartment are Steamboat Park and Griffin Park and both of these areas have great access to the river as well other amenities such as boat ramps and concert venues. Pierre has an unusual amount of public parks due to great city planning.

There is a small closet for the unit that can be accessed by request to the host Stan. The property is surrounded by a grass area that is free for you to use during your stay for BBQ/picnic or play area for kids. Parking is available onsite both in front of the apartments and in the back. Please inquire with Stan if you will have a large vehicle such as RV, Semi or boat so that he can make sure you find a proper spot to park.

This apartment is located inside an apartment complex of eight total units. A large green space surrounds the property. There is allotted at least two parking spots for your stay. If you need more please contact us to arrange for space.

River Cities Public Transit - Provides transport within the Pierre/FT Pierre area. Car rental is also available at the airport and through TURO.

Sky west provides air service into Pierre.
