The Dingy drab hotel
They rent rooms by the hour and so lots of noise in the night also they say airport pick up 20us$ but then bang the price up. It’s in the middle of nowhere

Sorry our property didn’t meet your standards. With regards to the airport pick up, because your flight arrived after 10pm and your pick up was after 11:30pm hence the additional 10US for after hours. We try our best to improve our service to all our customers and appreciate your feedback.

Served it's purpose.
Stayed for a quick 2 night stay. The road leading to it was definitely rugged and made it seem more desolate than in actually is. I chose it for the price and location. Cheap and close to where we needed to be for those 2 days. The AC was nice n cold. It had a good channel range and a nice size shower. Overall good value.

If there is absolutely nowhere else!
No window in the room and a/c didn't work. There was a loud and continuous machinery noise all night. Although this is an English speaking country we could barely understand a word the receptionist said.

We’re sorry about the room not having a window. These rooms are available upon request. The a/c is actually working and if there was an issue it should have been reported to the receptionist on shift who is actually bilingual. Not sure what the machinery noise was but we’re sorry about the inconvenience. Sorry our property didn’t meet your standards but we appreciate your review. We’re always trying to improve our service.

Overall I like everything about the property. Everything was near by. walking distance to the grocery store. It safe & Quiet, the staff was nice and helpful. Air condition works good. It's a good place to stay, Highly recommended.

My family and I spend one night, a shuttle was provided for us from and to the airport Although our flight was delayed for four hours the manager keep in touch with us throughout the entire time, we were welcome upon arrival and our room was comfortable, we had a early morning flight the next day and the transportation was there on time we will definitely stay there again.

Good service from staff ! Bad maintenance overall. No possibility to hang clothes or anything else. No ( good ) chairs to sit outside and inside. Loud other guests, no rules, no sound isolation.

Very nice location to be close to the airport. However if you need to be in the city Port of Spain. You will need a driver which i did. You have that you are good to go. If you are travelling on a budget great place to stay. You cant go wrong with this location and i will be staying here again in the future🙏

My brother and I stayed in the hotel for two nights while in Trinidad. It was clean and well run on a nice quiet street. The management is very helpful in organizing transport to/from the airport. Would stay there again.

Everything advertised was offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes out to the manager, Raquel and Maria who went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable, productive and enjoyable one.

We got picked up at the airport by someone. The guy qas really nice and accommodating. The lady at reception was also very nice. The room was cleaned and ac worked very well. Only thing which i know owners acan changed is the other guests were very loud. Even at 2am people were talking and laughing loud in the hallway. Made it difficult for us to sleep. But overall i would recommend.

50 € pour une chambre borgne avec une tuyauterie bruyante, des voisins bruyants. Adresse très difficile à trouver, ne répond jamais au téléphone quand on demande de l'assistance, rue d'accès en terre battue sans éclairage. Premier restaurant à 3 kms. Service petit déjeuner quasi inexistant, juste un fond de pot de café disponible.

This is a moderst accomodation for a certain budget but whithin that price range the owner goes out of his way to take care of the guest. I used it as a layover between early morning flights. It was also possible to check in fro 8:00 in the morning.

Staff was rude throughout check-in. Never once gave a greeting, please, thank you, or any other courteous gestures. I’ve been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first times I’ve experienced such terrible service. To too if off, upon walking in the room we found a dirty spoon laying in the middle of the bed.
