Ikke vann i dusjen
Grei beliggenhet i forhold til flyplassen og gratis transport til og fra. Slitt hotell. Det var ikke vann i dusjen da jeg var der og også umulig å skylle ned toalett.

Stay away!
This hotel should be closed down a long time ago! Expensive - so we thought it would be okay - but it was completely rusty, EXTREMELY DIRTY, and the people in the reception was rather sad. So don’t look at the pictures on the internet, they are lying BIG TIME! Hotels.com should not have this on their list!

Helt ok for ei natt
Bodde her ei natt mellom flygninger. Helt ok, men veldig dyrt og følte at pris og komfort ikke helt samstemte, men kan være fordi det var karneval akkurat da vi var der. Litt slitt og trist hotell. Resepsjonist snakket så lavt at jeg fikk ikke med meg ett eneste ord hva hun sa. Og litt snodig var at kjøkkenet stengte før tiden. Men fikk heldigvis bestilt mat via pizzahut.

The hotel is ok for stay one night to next flight
The hotel have now passed the best ages but it was acceptable to stay over night for next flight. Actual nothing happen there but ok just to relax. Cheerful staff working there

decent choice for an overnight stay.
I stayed here for just a few hours, when I was in between two flights and needed an overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, just 2 km away and a complimentary shuttle service is offered. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had no windows and a big crack in the wall (with light coming through), but the room was clean and all facilities were in place. The wifi is stable and fast enough. Apart from the airport, there's nothing to be found near the hotel, as it's quite in the middle of nowhere. But I'd certainly consider staying here again if I needed an overnight stay between flights in Port of Spain.

Convenient for transit
Nice people, run down place. Pretty much sums it up. Don't expect much! Convenient location next to the airport. Free airport shuttle. Morning host very helpful and lovely

Nichola at the front desk was very helpful. There was ceiling damage in the hallway outside my room which was patched during my stay. I was told the kitchen was out of service so there was no room service. There was a snack machine and a microwave in the main lobby. There were several signs posted that said guests/visitors were not allowed in the rooms. The room was neat but very dusty.The door knob on the bathroom door was broken. There was also a bathroom window that remained open and out of my reach. Not once, in the entire three day stay, did anyone come to clean the room. The in room safe appeared to have no power. I reported it to the front desk but no one came to investigate. I did appreciate the ability to open the windows to let some fresh air into the room.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, drops of water kept falling from the air conditioning, the key never worked. We were tired and just wanted to sleep but bc of the keys, the noise from the water dripping, we couldn’t, finally we changed rooms, we had an early flight so never slept. The only good thing is that it’s close to the airport and the shuttle picks up and it waa only one night. The shuttle’s return hours were not convenient so you have to pay $10 if you want it to take you back to the airport. I would not stay there again even if it’s only for one night. My

There is A/C in the rooms and taxi available right there on the property The place is clean however the rooms and infrastructure needs repair and upgraded even if it takes one room At a time to upgrade, guests will appreciate the improved comfort, linens need changing plaster on wall needs repairing bedroom doors need fixing and entrance is too dark

I loved my stay here. Would definitely book to stay there again for sure. Only thing was the kitchen was under reserve. But the staff was helpful with getting food ordered.

We were happy to hear we could check in at 8am for just $10 extra. That was a huge benefit for us. Only issue was that they gave us a king room instead of a room with two doubles even though I looked back to check and I reserved two beds for our family of 3. We decided not to complain and share the king since the early check in made up for it. The room was clean enough although only two bath towels were provided. Pool was clean and my daughter enjoyed swimming for the morning. It was easy to use the shuttle both from and to the airport for our early flights. And they provided us with a timely taxi to get our to Caroni Bird sanctuary tour. Bummed that they had no restaurant on the premises (under construction I guess) because it was quite a long walk to get food. We used their delivery service and it took over an hour but hit the spot. Overall we were happy we booked the room for such a good price. I read lots of bad reviews but we had a good overall experience.

Like how helpful one of the members of staff was Nathan was always willing to help he had a great attitude. Very disappointed on the taxi they book for me to go to the airport prices for a 5 mins run costing me 100tt.

I got a room right off the lobby- in a sunken hallway- it was so noisy that I was woken up every time someone checked in- all night long. Bathroom was filthy & had a huge mothball thing in the toilet that made the entire room stink terrible- I had to sleep under the covers to mask the smell. No face towels or hand towels. No shampoo, but a used & a new bottle of conditioner. I would never stay here again. My room also had a number that did not match the key- so the whole thing felt very sketchy and unsafe. I think this was the janitors closet that they threw a bed into. Pillows also so huge that they are virtually unusable - work with with back & neck pain with only 4 hours of decent sleep.

Stopped here on a layover from Trinidad to Tobago so didn’t expect much Place is tired and rooms are shabby and smelly Had booked a transport with them after an hour we gave up and got a taxi. Lad on reception never mentioned it so we let it go. This hotel is not cheap and had no facilities in the room. Don’t think we’ll stay there again
