"We had the best time at Banyan! Our villa host Mi was amazing, she was super friendly and attentive! Upon our arrival, we received tea with local mung bean snack, I said that I really liked it and to my surprise Mi gifted me an entire bag when we were about to leave. She texted us throughout our entire stay, checking if we needed anything. We dined at the Saffron twice, and the waiter who I also discussed mung bean cake with did the same on our second visit - I’m leaving Banyan witch a lot of mung bean cake!! Dinner at Saffron was wonderful, delicious food beautifully presented and the service was 10/10! We even got some complimentary starter snacks and tea after our meal. We were staying at the lagoon view villa, it was spacious and clean. There were no ants in the room, and the air conditioning was working perfectly. We had everything we needed at all times. The gym was nice, even though it was small it had all necessary equipment. The mats were not the best for Pilates/yoga, but when I asked Mi if I could borrow one from the yoga pavilion, they delivered one for me at the villa. There are a lot of activities to choose from if you get bored by the pool. We played tennis and did a Tai Chi class. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were all wonderful, lady at the crepe station made us delicious fresh crepes every morning and the head chef at the kitchen was super sweet coming over to chat while making sure everything was to our liking. Very happy with our stay at Banyan! "
