Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The unit is equipped with a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless self-check-in — your personal access code will be provided before arrival.

Free uncovered parking is available throughout the complex. Covered or reserved spaces should not be used, as they are assigned to long-term residents and may result in towing.

• This is a well-maintained unit in an older building, so while it's clean and fully functional, it may show some signs of age.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee will apply if any evidence is found.
• No pets or parties are allowed (unless service animals-documentations required)
• Basic toiletries are provided, but face towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not included.
• Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters.
• Please do not contact the leasing office, as they are not affiliated with short-term rentals. All communication should be directed to the host.
