✔ There Is An Additional Guest Fee Of $100 Per Person Per Night Over 14 Guests To Cover Additional Linens, Towels, Supplies, Blow-Up Bed Setup And Wear And Tear On The Property.

✔ Child safe pool fence is $300. Please inquire one week prior to arrival. 

✔ Pool Heating Is An Option And Is An Additional $150 Per Day With A 3 Day Minimum. Please Arrange This 72 Hours Prior To Arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM

Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

RENTAL CONTRACT

A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

CITY INFO AND RULES

-Must be a minimum of 28 years of age to book this property.

-Additional verification is required for local guests and last minute bookings.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.

-Additional verification is required on last minute bookings within 72 hours of arrival and Arizona residents.
