Safety & Security: For your safety and peace of mind, there are security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, we have Noise Monitors on the exterior of the property to measure decibel levels and ensure there are no parties. These devices do not record any conversations, just the noise levels.



City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, including the short-term rental occupancy limits. Please be mindful of the noise ordinance in Scottsdale, which is in effect from 10 PM to 6 AM.



Landscaping & Pool Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. We cannot guarantee the specific day or time of arrival, but rest assured, everything will be taken care of.



Respect the Neighbors: We ask that you respect our wonderful neighbors by keeping the area quiet and peaceful. Please keep music by the pool at respectful levels and avoid hosting parties during your stay.



Pool Equipment: Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff ensures the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage to pool equipment will result in a minimum $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!



Late Checkout: A $100 late checkout fee will be applied if guests are still at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.



Pet policy:



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the home well-maintained for all guests.





This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.



Parking: Up to 4 cars are allowed to park at the property. Please ensure that you park in designated spaces to avoid any inconvenience.



Pool Heating: If you opt for pool heating, it will be set to 80 degrees. The pool heating is available for $100/day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay). PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.
