You'll be just minutes from local parks, and golf courses, as well as grocery stores, family-style dining, arts districts, and shopping centers across Scottsdale. This location strikes a rare balance—peaceful and spacious, yet never more than a short drive from everything you want to experience.



Getting Around:

This home enjoys easy access to Scottsdale’s major roads. Just minutes from Loop 101, you can reach Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square, resort destinations, or the McDowell Mountain Preserve effortlessly.



Local errands and dining are a breeze—supermarkets, cafés, and casual restaurants are all within a short drive. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and parking at the home is plentiful and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Complimentary pool heating is included with your stay; however, water temperatures may vary during colder months as they are naturally impacted by outdoor conditions. A signed pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.



For security and peace of mind, cameras are located at the front driveway and front door only, used strictly for occupancy verification and emergency purposes. Inside the home, a Minut device monitors decibel levels—not audio—to ensure respectful noise levels while preserving guest privacy.



Pets are not typically permitted, though exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved, or if a pet is discovered on-site without prior authorization, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will apply to cover the additional cleaning required.



Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee; please contact us in advance if you need extra time. For families, a Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
