Step inside to a modern, thoughtfully designed space featuring warm wood accents, desert-inspired décor, and a cozy living area centered around a statement fireplace. Sink into the plush sectional, unwind in the lounge chairs, or host movie night in your private theater room. There’s even a dedicated music area for jamming or vibing with your crew.

This massive backyard was made for entertaining — complete with outdoor bowling, a relaxing hot tub, glowing string lights, and a cozy fire pit for sunset nights under the Arizona sky. Whether you`re soaking after a Cubs game, hosting a backyard corn hole tournament, or enjoying citrus trees at golden hour, this space delivers unforgettable moments.

Thank you for choosing The Harmony Haus! To keep it safe and enjoyable for every guest and our neighbors, please review the following.

GUESTS & IDENTIFICATION
- Only registered guests may stay on the property. Exceptions can be arranged in advance by messaging us.
- Unregistered guests: $200 per person, per day.
- Guests without prior reviews must provide a current state-issued ID. A deposit may be requested at the host`s discretion.

SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES
- Zero-tolerance policy: no smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property. Violations: $500 fine plus $25 for each piece of evidence (ashtrays, cigarette butts, illegal substances).
- No animals. Bringing an animal will result in a $250 fine per day and possible removal from the property with no refund
- No parties, no exceptions. Hosting one will result in removal from the property with no refund.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS
- This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
- Outdoor music and Bluetooth speakers off by 10 PM.
- Noise complaints or police calls may result in removal with no refund.

HOT TUB
- Shower with soap and water before entering, but do not use soap or oils in the hot tub.
- Enter and exit slowly, using the steps. No jumping or diving.
- No glass in or near the hot tub.
- No alcohol, narcotics, or medications while using the hot tub.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Do not enter if the water is above 104°F. Limit soaks to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entering.
- Pregnant guests, older adults, and anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or another serious illness should consult a doctor before use.
- Turn off the jets and replace the cover after each use. Please don`t sit or lie on the cover.

CHECKOUT
- Checkout is 11 AM, and our cleaning crew will enter at that time.
- Late checkout may be available for $100. Please request it 24–48 hours in advance. (Emergencies happen. If anything comes up, just let us know as soon as possible.)
- Guests still on the property after checkout: $150, to protect cleaning time for the next arriving guests.
- Guests still on the property 2+ hours after checkout: the full nightly base rate (no discounts; this does not extend your stay).
- If another guest must be refunded because of a late departure, that refund will be charged to you.

CARE OF THE HOME
- Additional cleaning: $50 per hour.
- Damage that requires blocking the calendar will be charged at the nightly rate for each day needed to restore the property.
- No cryptocurrency mining. Violations result in removal with no refund.
- Please do not send mail or packages to the property.
