Boasts roomy 10' ceilings throughout - except for the large 16' turret entrance. Spacious open concept great room is the heart of the home, with 4 private bedroom spaces to ensure guest comfort. Turret entrance and arched hallway adds interest and character. Great for families or several couples - as everyone will have their own private space to spread out, relax and enjoy.

Our home is in the quiet, tranquil location of the 'Retreat' area of Estrella Mountain Ranch with wide-open 'green' spaces both in front of, as well as behind, the home on over a 1/2-acre lot. Our professionally landscaped private back yard features a heated pool and an in-ground spa with expansive desert and mountain views. The pool has a pebble tech finish, colored lighting at night, and a waterfall feature. Fire up the BBQ in the 'L' shaped island that features a fridge, searing, and side burners, and a large grill. An outdoor dining table is placed comfortably under a covered deck right outside the kitchen, as well as adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, accessible via a sliding patio door. Barstools around the outdoor kitchen provide additional seating spaces. Relax and enjoy!

We have designed and decorated our home with your comfort in mind. The chef in your family will enjoy utilizing the large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances and a large island so everyone can gather around and visit. A large stainless steel French door refrigerator has water and ice in the door for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare healthy, gourmet meals at home.

Contemporary new furnishings, linens, and a flat screen TV in each bedroom ensure optimum guest comfort and relaxation. The family room offers a huge comfortable sectional sofa with power recliners. A 70” flat screen TV offers theater style entertainment, blue ray DVD player, as well as smart TV access. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the house, as well as a desk and printer for guest use. New front-load HE washer and dryer as well as laundry detergents etc. are available for your use during your stay. Additional amenities include bicycles in the garage, and tennis rackets/balls for guest use.

Our home features a large grand master suite (20' x 17'), which has a king bed, sitting area, pool and backyard access, as well as a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower, his and hers vanities, large soaker tub, and an adjoining walk-in closet! The second bedroom features a queen bed and has its own full private bathroom in a separate wing of the house. Two additional jack and jill bedrooms have 1 queen bed, and 1 king bed and access to a third unique bathroom with a shared tub/shower/toilet, as well as 2 private bathroom areas with sink/vanity. Each luxurious bedroom has brand new mattresses, as well as a new LED flat screen smart TV in each. There is also a large queen-size blow-up air mattress that sleeps 2 comfortably.
