This is an older facility that could have used a fresh coat of paint throughout. I would have given this facility a higher grade overall had it not been for finding pieces of dried cat food on the floor and having the same breakfast items for 7 days straight.
The housekeeping refresh was very good for the first 6 days but on the last day of the stay the whole trip was ruined. I made the critical mistake of not taking my wallet with me during breakfast and a quick trip to the pool. Upon returning to my room I noticed my wallet had been moved from where i left it and three $50 bills were missing. Perhaps a $20 bill or two also, although I cannot be sure about those. The hotel manager was supposed to call me but never did. When I finally tracked down the hotel manager the next day I was told that a housekeeping supervisor accompanies an attendant into each room when cleaning and there was no way the money was missing. Keep in mind that I had been there all week and never, ever saw a second cleaning person on the floor at any time. In my opinion this was a total misrepresentation and full protection for the thief. There is no safe in each room. As a result, I am out at least $150. My advice: stay elsewhere. If you cannot trust the housekeeping staff with your belongings while you are away it's not worth staying there.
