To start off the tv didn’t work at all. My partner and I stepped out for dinner later that night, when we got back out key card wasn’t letting us in the room. I went to get security and they weren’t able to let us in either. It took about 40 minutes before we were able to get in our room. Security was really annoyed and not a good mood. My finance was tired and just wanted to sleep it killed our whole mood of the day. I book suites downtown every single week and I’ve never had this issue before.

My visit there was okay. They have valet parking for $42 a night or you can use the parking garage that is like 3-4 blocks away. I have two children under 5 so that was a no go. Valet it is! No concierge what so ever. We had to load our own suitcases on the cart with no assistance from valet. They literally watched me do it. Which seemed rude. The hotel room was nothing special. Pubic hairs in the shower but I’m sure the cleaning staff does their best. Not being funny. I did expect more from a Hyatt but it got the job done.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The valets are courteous and fast but very careful. The breakfast was nice too.

Really easy in and out for seeing a concert downtown Phoenix at the Footprint Center! Lots of options nearby that were walkable and room was comfortable!
