Heated Pool: Dive into relaxation! Our pool is professionally serviced twice a week to ensure it stays in pristine condition for your enjoyment. (Please note: pool equipment should not be touched, and any damage will incur a minimum $500 fee. We’ve got it covered, so you can simply enjoy!)

Full Body Massage Chair: Unwind after a long day of fun with a soothing massage in our full-body massage chair.

Entertainment Galore: Enjoy hours of fun in the arcade game room or challenge your friends and family to a game of corn hole on the lush lawn.

Tiki Bar Poolside: Sip on your favorite tropical drink while you relax by the pool at the charming tiki bar.

Second Kitchen: A fully equipped small kitchen is conveniently located on one side of the house, perfect for preparing snacks or meals while you enjoy the pool area.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

Getting Around:
There are two covered parking spaces, a half circle driveway that can fit an additional two parked cars or so, and free street parking in front of the house in the case of more cars needing to be parked.

Pool Heat: If you choose to heat the pool, it will be set to a comfortable 85°F to ensure a perfect swim. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add pool heat during your stay, and we’ll make sure it’s ready for your arrival!

Guest Requirements: For security and safety reasons, we require a photo ID to be submitted and the guest agreement signed prior to check-in.

Respect for Neighbors: We ask that you keep the area peaceful and respect our amazing neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially around the pool. Music should be kept at respectful volumes, and parties are not permitted.

Noise Ordinance: Please note that Scottsdale has a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and we ask that you adhere to these guidelines during your stay.

Pool Equipment: Our pool is professionally maintained, and we kindly ask that you do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. If you need assistance or have any concerns, our staff is here to help, so just reach out. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.


Late Checkout: A $150 late checkout fee will apply if guests remain at the property after the cleaners arrive.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome at our property!
-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.
-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.
-Send us a photo of your pet
-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.

Parking: Up to 4 cars are permitted to park at the property.

Security and Safety: For your safety and the protection of the property, we have security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, we use noise monitors on the exterior of the property. These devices measure decibel levels to ensure there are no parties, but they do not record any audio.

City Ordinances: All Scottsdale short-term rental ordinances apply during your stay, including limits on the number of guests based on occupancy laws.

Property Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. While we can’t guarantee the exact day or time of their visits, we will ensure everything is taken care of for your comfort and convenience.
