The interior of the home has been updated while the backyard has been meticulously landscaped to become the ultimate year round oasis. Palm trees, fruit trees, and exotic flowers surround the glittering pool and pool spa providing filtered shade during the warmer months (optional heating for pool and pool spa collectively available for a fee), as well as the built-in gas fire pit for the cooler months, inviting all to partake in its serenity. Ambient lighting in the backyard promotes togetherness and unforgettable memories plus a newly-added putting green offers a bit of fun on relaxing afternoons.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere. Marvel at the sleek and stylish furnishings, the contemporary artwork and design, and the modern comforts as you make yourself at home. Rest on the plush furniture while curling up with a good book or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV (using your own accounts). Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals or play challenging board games at the formal dining table. Shuffleboard, foosball, and Ping-Pong are also available to keep everyone entertained. Six bedrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to get a comfortable night's sleep from the day's adventures. The exquisite main bedroom boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom, while the bunk room is perfect for kids to make memories that'll last a lifetime. For little guests, a Pack 'n Play is provided.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Please note pool heat is subject to additional taxes and fees.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
