• One BBQ propane tank is included per stay
• Additional tanks are $50 each, plus tax and VRBO fees
• Additional tanks may also be used for the gas fire pit table


Optional Pool Heating
• First day: $225
• Each additional day: $150
• Tax and VRBO fees apply
We recommend arranging and paying for pool heating when you book. It can also be added up
to 3 days before check-in.
The pool is heated to approximately 80°F and typically takes 3 full days to warm up.
Pool heating is non-refundable, so please check the weather for your stay before deciding.
Heating must be purchased for the full stay; partial-stay heating is not available.


Guest Access & Parking
Guests do not have access to:

• Garage
• Staff cleaning closet
• Outdoor storage shed
A maximum of 4 cars is allowed. Additional vehicles may be permitted with prior owner
approval. Please contact us before arrival if you expect to bring more than 4 cars.


i️ Good to Know Before Your Stay
• Hanging chaise lounge: The hanging chaise lounge chair has been removed from the
backyard.
• Photos and decorations: The listing photos show the actual home you are booking. The
home was professionally staged, and some decorative items have since been removed to
reduce clutter, including the outdoor fire bowls used for staging.
• Lounge cushions and towels: Lounge cushions have been removed. Please use the white
towels on sun lounge chairs and for other outdoor needs. Separate pool towels are not
provided.
• Pool floats: We do not provide pool floats because of sanitation concerns associated with sun
exposure.
• Extra umbrellas: Additional umbrellas are stored in the outdoor shed or behind the white
fence. Please ask us for help accessing them.
• Outdoor furniture: Arizona’s weather, sun, dust, and other outdoor conditions make it difficult
to keep outdoor furniture spotless, especially cushions.
• BBQ cleaning: Our cleaning staff does not clean the grill. Please clean it after each use.

• Maintenance visits: Landscaping and pool maintenance crews may visit during your stay.
These visits are necessary to maintain the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed.
