Amazing!
Everything about this property was hassle-free—quick responses to my questions and concerns. We were in Glendale for my daughter's wedding, and it was important to have day visitors, and this property was accommodating. Most are not. The pool was very refreshing, and there were plenty of games inside and out for entertainment. I highly recommend this property for families. If we visit again, we will be rebooking this property. Thank you for helping make our trip amazing!

Wonderful Final Four Stay
We loved the house and backyard games and pool! Games in garage were very popular also. Some beds were on Hollywood frames so were very low to the floor. Our teen grandsons loved the Final Four events but the house, pool and hot tub were used early morning and late evening! Thanks to Kim!

Pool, hot tub, high quality amenities. Landlord’s were easily accessible! Kitchen had all of the needed utensils and dishes, ect. Made the stay so much fun and easy!

Wonderful Sonoran Escape
LOVED THIS PLACE!!! This property was nothing short of AMAZING, from check in to check out everything was phenomenal. The hosts were on top of everything, knowing everything that may be needed. My family and I loved this place, it has all that you need and more. Loved the little gift upon arrival, that extra touch is above and beyond. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this gem in Glendale.

Winter get-a-way
We had 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-8. The space was perfect. A wonderful pool with plenty of outside seating and pool toys. A fabulous slide and waterfall. There was a beautiful shaded area for ladder golf, bags (corn hole) and more. The garage had ping pong, darts, foosball and a smaller pool table. A standard size pool table was in the house. It was a wonderful space and everyone has voted to return! 😊 ☀️ Oh and the weather was perfect!

Fun and relaxing stay
We enjoyed our stay. The property had a pool heater with a jacuzzi which was a plus for my family. There is plenty to do inside and outside of the home. We played Bat Mitten, Corn Hole and Ladder toss outside in the nice backyard. Inside we played pool, ping pong, board and card games. The house is very roomy which is what we needed as a family of 13. We also appreciated the three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The house is very clean and stocked with beach towels, washer and dryer, tvs in every room, everything you need in the kitchen as well. This property will be one we hope to visit again for our next family get together

BEST HOUSE EVER!
We were celebrating our son Graduating from college with family in town! This house was amazing! We had family stay in the home with us and we had all the things we needed PLUS MORE! They even allowed us to host a little open house for our graduate and all the fun things on the property made it perfect for the event! THANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE BACK!!

Great family gathering
A large group of us stayed for a family gathering. There was a good amount of space, as well as great accommodations for little kids (10 kids under 10). The pool was a wonderful addition. All in all, it was a great place to stay at and make memories.

Perfect for all
From the curb appeal to the backyard from my dreams, this house is amazing! The master bedroom is across from the other bedrooms making it more private. There are lots of activities and I love the pantry concept. We had plenty of space and the area was perfect.

Has everything you want !!
Great stay. Property had games for the back yard and pool, enough to keep all the kids happy. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, corn hole, badminton, volleyball all kept the kids busy. Get together with all the kids and grandkids was perfect. Only hitch we had was VRBO lost our second payment, which our hosts had no control over. They reacted well and VRBO did admit they had lost our payment somehow. Perfect example why you keep bank records of payments made on your credit card as this is what it took for VRBO to admit we had fully paid. Again, no fault of the hosts.

Private Resort
If you want to stay at your own private resort, look no further. Everything has been well planned at this location. There is plenty of room for a large group. We were a small family but enjoyed the space immensely. There are children’s games, adult games, pool tables and more. Never a dull moment. We did not hear “I am bored” at all. The kitchen space is perfect for cooking quick meals or full meals. The pantry/laundry area were set up well for efficiency with any appliance you may need available. The pool area obviously was the favorite area for the kids. We spent hours in the pool. So much fun. The amenities were just perfect for our family. The hosts are amazing! They respond quickly to all communication and go above and beyond all requests. We cannot wait to stay her again next year. Thank you so much!!! Brenda

Graduation weekend
Such a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, games of every kind for all ages. Clean and literally close to everything. Short 20 minute drive to GCU. Only thing we could have improved on was the pool cleanliness, but we have a pool so my husband handled that with ease. They even provided us with great local yummy gifts and a book with recommendations. Spot on, and would for sure recommend this listing to anyone.

Great House Great location
As an owner of a VRBO myself, this place will make me step up my game in turns of things to do at a house that will make it all inclusive for everyone. This house has it all for anyone and everyone. If you want to relax in the hot tub or by the pool, you can do that. If your kids want to play pool or ping pong, this house has that. Space is abundant throughout the house and Hosts were amazing to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Fun family getaway
Kim's place had everything we needed for a family gathering in the sun. From the well-stocked kitchen to the assortment of entertainment options, we enjoyed every minute. Our family especially enjoyed the heated pool, yard games, and pool table. There were plenty of sleeping options and every room was decorated tastefully. We loved all of the personal touches such as the welcome basket with a personalized card. Would definetely book again!

Great stay for a group!
Came out for a tournament with the team. House was clean and we'll equipped. Everything worked which is rare from our experience. The hot tub was wonderful for the soreness. If you've got a big group this is definitely worth the look!

Perfect family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. We talked about how perfect this rental was for our family multiple times. We were traveling with 6 adults and two toddlers. The home is nicely designed, clean and everything in terms of host communication and accuracy of the listing was on point. The pool was nicely heated so we could enjoy it even when the air temperature was <60. The Pack n Play they had at the house was in perfect condition and their “kids closet” was perfect - our kids loved it. They had a ton of toys and games for young kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. The “take some, leave some” policy is great. The location of the home felt safe and we would definitely recommend to others or stay there again ourselves! Huge thank you to the hosts for being so communicative. It was perfect.

We were in town for a family wedding. The weather wasn’t great but the kids were still able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub! There was plenty of space for 12 of us. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time! Communication was also very easy.

Kim was always very quick to respond the entire trip and even before our trip. The house was large enough to accommodate a big group of girls. Perfect for family get togethers

Amazing stay
We hosted a family get-together here with guests and visitors age 3-80 and everyone had a great time! No small fear with 12 of us! There were so many activities from pool and lawn toys to a small closet beneath the stairs stocked with toys for everyone. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept amazingly well. Kim and Sami were very accommodating, responsive to questions, and provided clear instructions for the house and information about the area. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The pool was the perfect temperature and so much fun!! We would absolutely recommend this house. What a delightful retreat!!

40th birthday
Our family of 15 (8 adults and 7 children)traveled from Iowa to celebrate twin brothers 40th birthday. The house and yard was perfect for everyone. We enjoyed a lot of family time with our son who is a Phoenix firefighter! Kim was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved our time there!

Perfect for a large family!
We were a family ranging in age from 18 months to 79 years, perfect set up for everyone even toys for kids! Very clean and maintained property and we would not hesitate one bit to rent again! Peaceful Vacation
The house is so nice with so many amazing games for kids and adults of all ages. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are all so sweet and nice. Great location with a lot of stores close by.
