Beautiful little gem of a boutique hotel
I loved it here! Beautiful, quiet little place with big rooms and huge bathroom with tub and rain shower. Super nice and clean! Everyone was professional and super nice. Breakfast was exellent, I tried all the options! The bartender made the best drinks I had in Asia. Totally recomend this hotel!

Un hôtel agréable idéalement situé dans Phnom Penh
Nous avons passé 5 nuits à l'hôtel Sovanna qui est idéalement situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds du monument de l'Indépendance, à 50 m du Boulevard SIhanouk dans une rue latérale assez calme. Cette propriété a récemment été agrandie. L'aile ancienne ne comprend que deux étages sans ascenseur et les chambres sont relativement petites et d'un confort moyen. L'extension comporte six étages dont un rooftop d'où on a une vue intéressante sur la ville. Les chambres de cette extension sont beaucoup plus vastes et confortables que celles de la partie ancienne. Nous avons été initialement logés dans une des chambres anciennes et nous avons du "mettre la pression" sur la direction pour disposer, dés la seconde nuit d'une chambre conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La piscine est toute petite mais est située dans un agréable patio arboré et décoré de multiples orchidées. Le bémol: le petit déjeuner est minimaliste en dépit du fait que l'hôtel est associé à deux restaurants populaires qui l'encadrent, les Sovanna 1 et 2, où la nourriture - cambodgienne - est de qualité (spécialités de grillades).

1.飯店接洽人員英文溝通不大順暢; 2.機場接機司機遲來,讓人手足無措只能乾等; 3.官網mail接收有問題,我跟同伴發了無數封都說沒看到,後來是打到hotel.com請客服幫忙聯繫飯店才勉強聯繫上; 4.一進去時看到房間被跟床單髒汙,飯店人員有即時幫忙換掉,因為太累只好這樣了; 5.餐點好吃; 整體而言因爲便宜就算了,不過若是商務旅行不會再入住。

Very Nice PP Hotel
Very nice hotel located near independence monument. Very friendly and attentive staff. Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast at hotel restaurant good but modest portions. Rooftop bar with incredible views. Banana and Sovanna restaurants nearby are extremely good, plentiful and cheap. Tuk-Tuks always out front making for $2 - 3 rides anywhere very convenient. Only issue was no hot water our initial day but resolved next day.

Under renovation.
Hotellet er under renovation, hvilket man kunne se på værelset, da de havde glemt at pille maler tapen af :-) morgenmaden var meget kedelig. Og de områder der maglede renovation var slidte og triste. Tilgengæld var det de havde lavet rigtig godt, virkelig lækkert.

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable tant à la réception qu’au skybar et au petit-déjeuner Chambre spacieuse et calme. Bonne isolation des fenêtres. Grande salle de bains Petit-déjeuner continental servi à l’assiette peu copieux (3 petits morceaux de pain), le petit-déjeuner asiatique semblait plus copieux, bon café. Serrure de la porte de la chambre défectueuse rendant la fermeture difficile, mériterait d’être changée. Nous avons passé 3 nuits à Phnom-Penh, emplacement idéal pour découvrir à pied différents points d’interêt

Joli petit hotel tres bien situé au centre ville
Joli petit hôtel très bien entretenu, charmant et idéalement situé entre le palais Présidentiel et le centre commercial Aeon, au milieu de nombreux restaurants et de l’animation locale!! アクセスが良いながらもゆったりできるホテル
こじんまりしているものの、とても居心地が良いホテル。エレベーターがない部屋だったものの、ボーイがはこんでくれたりとほぼ影響なし。スタッフもとても親切で部屋も清潔。きちんとお湯もでました。
