The hotel is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Transportation is easy to get tuk tuk around. Love the spa and the swimming pool on the top floor has a glass bottom floor. There is a laundromat on site and that’s very handy especially in such hot weather.

The staff were great and very helpful, thehotel is centrally located. It will be great when the rooftop bar is opened. The lack of exchange facilities at the hotel and surrounding area is is frustrating.

This is a nice hotel, it has nice for you The pool is on the 24th floor and also the gym, the stuff are very nice breakfast is offered from 6:30 in the morning until 10:30 in the morning which is 4 hours, with a taxi or Tuk Tuk you can go almost anywhere.

The staff was very kind. But I had problems. The first night room service brought the wrong meal despite repeating my order to confirm it was correct. They forgot to bring me any eating utensils. I charged the meal to my room. The second nite I ate in the restaurant and they told me I could not charge to my room. But I had charged it the previous nite! And in Cambodia your American currency must be in like new condition or they won’t accept it. So they followed me to my room to get my credit card. This was all a little embarrassing. Then in the middle of the night the ceiling leaked a great deal of water onto my floor. It was dark when I got up and I didn’t see the flood and I fell down. Fortunately no injuries but I was lucky. I told them about this at checkout. There was no offer to waive any charges or refund any of my payments. I don’t recommend this property.

Staff , front desk are really helpful, free breakfast was great and delicious, rooms were decent sized and clean. My room
On the 13th floor was noisy at night, construction nearby went through 2am, hard to sleep. That was just the first night on a Saturday

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good all round - our room was incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The hotel’s facilities (gym, pool, restaurant) are good and the free to use laundry came in very handy. It’s a short ride into the main areas in Phnom Penh - getting transportation was quick, easy and cheap. Recommended.
