Good hotel with great pool and view
Good hotel with a great pool on the roof. Amazing view over the city. They also had a restaurant and bar at the top of the hotel, with good food. Only negative is that the staff start to remove and clean away tables while you eat dinner, before they are closing. We felt rushed to finish and leave several times. The room is OK, a bit dirty and dusty on the floor. Helpful staff.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Close to all the sights. The breakfast is ala carte and really good. Rooftop bar with an amazing infinity pool. The room is clean, spacious and has air conditioning. The staff is friendly and there is free wifi :)

Everything great, except food a bit blend
Good hotel in a central location. The staff is amazing and don’t know what good to do for you. Great roof top area with fun glass walled pool and great view of Phom Phen. The food could have been better, a bit blend and most boring food I had during my 2 weeks.. but my impression is that the food in Siem Reap is better. The air conditioner broke down one night, within 5 minutes an engeneer was there to fix. It broke down immediately after and after the second time I got another room within 2 minutes, across the hall for the night. That was awesome, no delay, no stress, just fixed. The AC was fixed the next day and I could move back. Had both rooms during the problem. All in all good.

Terrific value and very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop pool fantastic. The room was great. One star off because the service in the restaurant and bar was weirdly slow, though the staff was so lovely and kind, I think maybe they need some training on table service and being attentive … they could sell way more drinks if someone was up at the pool taking orders, for example.

This hotel and the services associated with it made my short stay in Phnom Penh very productive and enjoyable. I would love to visit here again. The staff was courteous and ready to assist, and the facilities were clean and available at request. Without the people maintaining and supporting this hotel, I don’t believe I would have been able to appreciate the city as I was able to.

Fab hotel with lovely roof top bar / restaurant and pool over looking the city . Food in the bar / restaurant excellent and reasonably priced . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very modern decor throughout the hotel . good location in walking distance to the Royal Palace and river front .

Perfect location and magnificent pool
Very comfortable hotel situated perfectly in the center of Phnom Penh - walking distance to the Royal Palace. The pool area is magnificent with a view that is breathtaking at all hours. The service was perfect from all staff members. We enjoyed the nice breakfast and also the food and drinks at the restaurant on the top floor.

Property and staff were nice, but upon arrival for check in we had to wait about 10 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 2pm and we arrived at 3pm from Siem Reap, a five hour drive. Our room was small but clean with hot water for a much needed shower. The spread they had for breakfast was good with a great view of the city. Overall our two night stay there was decent, but for the value it could be better. Also, had issues with their WiFi not working.

The location is great. The rooftop pool is amazing...if the rest of the property was like that, this would be an incredible property....but, the rooms were really below average. A non-smoking room with a tiny smoking balcony. What's the point of non-smoking? The walls had large black discoloration that should have been painted a long time ago. Great Hotel in Phnom Penh
The hotel was a great find - it is very close to the major tourist sights of Phnom Penh - around 10mins walk from the Palace. It also had a good boutique feel to it without being too small. On the roof is an impressive infinity pool and a decent restaurant. My room also had a nice balcony. Staff were also helpful and attentive.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s close to the river, the Royal Palace, the Central Market. The food is good as well. The rooftop pool views are unmatched at this price. The only challenge was that the water in the shower was luke warm and the water temperature in the sink was scaldingly hot.

The view from the rooftop restaurant is great as well as from a the swimming pool. The meals are delicious and the staff is very friendly. Our suite was just below the restaurant, so it gets noisy quickly in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable.

There is a beautiful Skybar and massage place but then there is no Gym, overall very nice place, clean and cosy room too. Not many shopping mall nearby, but tuk tuk is readily available.

Cool infinity pool and view. Lovely Christmas dinner. Very helpful front desk staff, and tasty juice at check-in. The staff helped us get transportation to the airport and with different bus options to other locations. I immediately booked an additional day with them for when I returned to Phnom Penh.

We had a great stay here. The staff was welcoming and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always smiling and helpful. The view from the rooftop restaurant and pool was great. I was a positively surprised that the reception was happy to help with organising smaller tours and also supporting us with bookings for our next journey to Koh Rong. This hotel is located in a convenient area. The rooms are nicely designed, very comfortable bed, customer service is awesome and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. I dined in the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and everything I ordered at all times was delicious. The infinity pool is awesome. The lobby and rooms have a New York City feel and design, which I love, being a New Yorker. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

I couldn't swim on evenning because no light in the pool and asked to turn on light to staffs but there was no answer and no feedback , Also couldn't shower on the morning there was no water in the bathroom without any prior notice. They must notice if they need to repair. Usually this hotel is best in PhnomPenh and I gave point 10 several times but this time I got bad experience.

Ants. Ants everywhere. Hotel is great. Room is great; very modern. Rooftop pool is great. Food is great. Just don’t leave anything remotely food-esque lurking about. They homed in on my cough drops of all things; they were honey flavoured. I dunno if you’ve ever opened your pharmacy kit to find a colony crawling through it but yeah. It’s a symptom of the region and/or the lower floors I suppose. Stay on a higher floor.

Excellent location and good value for money.. I would have given it a 5 star review but was stuck with an US$ 8 bill on check out for two very small cups of coffee from what was supposed to be a free breakfast the day day before. Was not told that coffee ordered from the waiter was a chargeable a la carte item when coffe from the hidden away corner pot was free..
