He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.»

The remote controls for the front and back bedrooms weren't sync'd even when I change the batteries, managed to use the remote in the Main bedroom to get the others started but it was a disappointment. Also the vanity in the main bathroom took some time to drain and may need attention. Bringing linen from interstate was also a pain. When we arrived the place was freezing cold, I know it is winter, but many other places where we've stayed in winter or summer the owners ...
