So close to UPenn but also walkable to sights and restaurants. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had an excellent experience with this hotel and its staff. They let me check in early after coming from a 8 hour drive. The staff were so nice, welcoming and accommodating. They didn't have to let me check in early or let me keep my car parked after checkout because I would be out to attend a sports event. Their service went above and beyond, and would gladly stay at another Sheraton anywhere else in the world if possible.

Amazing service from the front desk staff at check in and check out. A gentleman also assisted me with my luggage cart that’s wheels got stuck on the elevator. I had my hands full trying to wrangle an energetic 2 year old at the same time and it was really appreciated.

The people running the property were amazing. Great location we got a suite it was a really good size. The only thing I would say is the property is a little dated so if those are your expectations, then you’re good to go.

Perfectly good stay, very helpful staff
The property was a little on the older side, but otherwise everything was perfect. Front-desk staff was very helpful straightening out a small issue with my reservation and making it work for me. The restaurant on site doesn't have an extensive menu, at least for breakfast, but it was really fine and met our needs, plus there were a number of other places available just across the street. We had no complaints.

Was there for a limited time, arriving at 10pm and needing to get to an 8:30 am meeting. Front desk staff were very nice and courteous. Would have preferred a room not next to the elevator. Appreciate being able to park overnight and pick up my car after my meeting in the afternoon. Convenient that there is a Wawa across the street.
