DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a Red Roof Inn a mile up the road. Go there. The staff here is terrible (with the exception of one of two people). They are rude and unaccommodating. The didn't have anything that we asked for, for the kitchen (ex. Can Opener), "free" was horrible and then on to of that we got charged a wifi fee two days. We asked for clean sheets after 5 nights of being there and we were told they didn't have an extra sheets and we had to wait and bring them down tomorrow so they could was them so I had to wait 4 hours before I could even get them back. The front desk is crazy. One person does things one way and another does things their way, which leave sells us confused and with extra charges because one person would charge us for things another wouldn't. The have attitudes and hate their jobs. They shouldn't be working with the public. Our first night we bought $400 worth of food and put in the fridge and within 3 days our food had went bad because the fridge was broken and we nothing reimbursed! We lost our home, when we arrived I told them that and how we would probably be there a few months. at 8pm they kicked me, my fiance, and 2 daughters out saying we are black listed from all extended stay America hotels, all over $15. I'm fine with that, because I will never go back to one. Withim 10 days we spend over $1500, and we're planning on spending more. This is how your treat your long term guests? Kick them out over $15 I just wanted to pay in the morning!
